TLDR: This company is not American. Product ships from China and seems to be overseas support staff. They can be reported to the WA State General Attorney filling out a complaint form. Blinds are low quality and they make basic mistakes that they refuse to remediate. If they botch your order/poor quality, immediately report to your credit card. Otherwise you won’t get anything back.
Long Version
I ordered the $10 swatches as indicated. The ‘light gray’ is sandwiched between very light gray and steel gray. The light gray color appeared brown. I thought for sure it was an error so checked the website, and verified that it was light gray in appearance in the website. The blinds came in a solid brown/tan. No hint of gray.
When informed of this issue, they tried to blow it off as ‘it will look different depending on lighting’ ad nauseam and when pics made it impossible to claim it was any shade of gray, they basically reverted to claiming that I should have known from the swatch that it was correct that brown/tan is light gray.
The only remediation offered was:
Keep the shades for 25% off
Return at own shipping costs and get 50% refund (probably less than 25%)
Receive a 35% discount
They appear to cull negative online reviews.

Curtains are well made and priced fairly. They arrived on time as described. The Cato single traverse curtain rod is the real deal though. Such an elegant way to hang curtains over a double glass patio door!
Confusion with ordering curtain panels. First order of panels width was per panel. second order width was per pair. Now have very expensive unusable Pair of panels half the width I needed.

The website gives good advice on how to measure and calculate the size of the curtains and the curtain rods that are needed. The order came promptly and the curtains are of high quality. The curtain rods are attractive and sturdy.
I did not receive one of the curtain rods (not sure if it was due to someone stealing it from my driveway or if there was a problem with the delivery), and customer service responded quickly to my message and had a replacement shipped promptly with no additional charge to me.
Amazing experience from order to install and beyond
Ordering process was smooth and easy via the website, greatly assisted by the measuring tool phone app.
I received frequent and accurate updates during the entire manufacturing and shipping process and the curtains and roman blind arrived well packaged, safe and secure.
Installation was simple and straightforward, with good instructions available on Youtube.
After installation, I had a question on how to integrate the motorised roman blinds into an Apple Home ecosystem and received a prompt and accurate reply, with a link to another Youtube video that made the process simple and easy.
Minor feedback would be some more detail on the installed width of the French Pleated curtains, as the measured distance and resulting curtain width was possibly a little smaller than expected.

I ordered traverse rods from Twopagecurtains after having purchased drapes from a different vendor. The rods were perfect except that the amount of small carriers that curtains attach to did not match up with the number of pleats in curtains. Julie Xu, customer rep that I worked with, took my request, shipped out the additional carriers free of charge and will follow up with tracking information. Great customer service that took less than 24 hours to resolve in its entirety. Have installed 2 of the 5 rooms, and the rods/hardware are fantastic! So is the customer service!
I did not realize these curtains had to ship directly from China. I was a bit surprised when the tracking showed their path to get here. The curtains are nice, made as expected but there are other USA vendors that sell similar items for less cost. There was nothing extraordinary about the product. Their advertising on social media is what drew me in.
