Dear RS, We’re very sorry to see from your review that your Memory Train curtains did not arrive as straight and aligned as you expected. Please note that curtains may develop temporary creases or wrinkles from being folded and packaged for an extended period during shipping. This is not caused by the Blackout lining. Once the curtains are hung, the fabric will gradually relax and the creases should diminish over time. If you would like to speed up the process, you can also gently steam or iron the curtains according to the fabric care instructions to help smooth out the creases and restore their appearance.
