I really want to rate it 5 stars. The customer service was great, even switching the original color to the correct one. I was purchasing a custom motorized shade for my wife as a gift; of course, I had the wrong color. The only disappointment I have is that the shade could have been 1 inch longer to rest on the window ledge. I have a 1/2 inch gap that someone can see through. It is the relaxed Roman shade, which droops in the middle, which does rest on the ledge, but because of the style, you can see in my window on both corners. I hope this helps someone. Otherwise, fantastic product.

I absolutely love these curtains! They are beautiful, light, and airy, and they look amazing in my studio. This is exactly how I pictured my studio. The sunlight filters softly through them. Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience, especially given how much I spent on these curtains. I ordered six pairs, but only three arrived with the necessary installation hardware, meaning half of my order cannot even be hung. I contacted customer service and was told the missing hardware would be sent to me. It has now been over a week and a half, and I still haven’t received the hardware, a shipping confirmation, or any update on when I can expect it. For the price, I expected much better quality control and follow-through. The curtains themselves may be nice, but that doesn’t mean much when half of them are sitting unusable because the required hardware was left out of the order.

I ordered a custom shower curtain from TwoPages
I ordered a custom shower curtain from TwoPages. The curtain was described as Custom Luxury Bathroom Curtains with Waterproof Layer. I assumed that mean a waterproof lining in the curtain, as I previously had made by a local fabricator several years ago. The curtain arrived, nice material, but unlined. It included a separate plastic sheet liner, which was not good quality. I called to get clarification and was told that this was the "waterproof layer." This seems quite misleading because it sounds as if it is part of the curtain, not a separate sheet. Since I can't return, I intend to buy a good quality liner curtain to replace this. Call me Disappointed.

Great experience w samples; curtains arrived slightly different size than ordered
I was delighted by the robust sample decks that arrived. I thought I had ordered individual fabric samples, but received a whole fan deck. Once I selected my fabric the actual ordering process was easy and the website provided helpful guidance for measuring and specifying the pinch pleat curtains I ordered. They arrived shockingly fast and, based on the tracking emails, they appear to have been made and shipped from China, to my location Washington DC which made the speedy turnaround even more surprising. Important to say - while the curtain quality and fabrication are great, they aren't exactly the size I ordered; they're ~1" too long and ~2" wider than ordered. Luckily, the location where we hung them allows some flexibility, but for someone wanting an exact hem length, take note of this. All this said - I won't hesitate to order from this vendor again! Very pleased.
