I have a ulefone 7 note DONT Buy load of rubbish

I have a ulefone 7 note DONT Buy. It’s a load of rubbish. The speaker doesn’t work so can’t hear anyone on speaker. Won’t open apps. All accounts on my iPad are perfect but as I download any app to put on this phone not one will Work. Every app says the same Ooops don’t match . Yes they do as been using same email address and ther apps for years . This is the worst phone iv ever had. Can’t use Facebook on can’t use eBay as it won’t except my email address and passwords , it constantly wants you to keep changing your password then when you do it’s says Ooops it don’t match. Iv come to the end of my tether with it now. It’s a heap of rubbish and I wouldn’t give it one star but I’d give it minus 10 stars . Don’t buy

Looks nice, but screen freezes frequently

I've had the Ulefone Armour 6E for about ten months now, pre-ordered it and was sent it when first released. I like the look and build of the phone, it definitely has a rugged appearance, and it survived a pretty good tumble from my bike when it fell from the holder while going over some rough terrain within the first month of owning it. But within the last few months, the screen has been freezing randomly and frequently, and I need to turn the screen off and on again to get it to work properly. Apparently this is not related to the fall it took, as it had been working very well for many months (and besides, this is a RUGGED phone, so if one fall wipes it out, then it's hardly rugged). I see others are experiencing the same problem, and I'd like to know if anyone has gotten a response from the company? I bought mine from Banggood and tried to leave a review there, but for some reason I can't (I'm pretty sure all the reviews there for this phone are 4 stars and up, so it seems obvious that poor reviews are being excluded). Other than the screen freezing, I've actually been quite happy with this phone, but with the current issues, I wonder how much longer it will be usable. I've had several Asus Zenfones in the past which have served me well for several years each (and both my original Zenfone 6 and later Zenfone 3 still work well. I haven't even gotten a full year out of this one and it's not working right. I hope the company stands behind their product, but at this point I don't plan to buy any more Ulefones.

Faulty ulefone "power 6" mobile

I brought the ulefone "power 6" and while this has the potential to be a good phone, there is a glitch which makes the screen unresponsive at least ten times per day. The workaround is simple lock/unlock and it's ok again. It could happen again straight away, or not for an hour. Also, the phone is tempremental to charge, sometimes charging fast, charging, charging slow or not at all, all with the same charger - annoying if it's been on all night.photos are quite washed out. On the plus side the battery is great (when you can get it to charge) The one star is rated as I have emailed ulefone twice with no response, the phone is only six month old and problems started within the first couple of months. There is no ota update for software to fix the problems and if I go to ulefone website, the only way to update the phone looks like I have to flash the ROM which I don't know how to do or fancy bricking the phone even though it's really annoying. Try playing online shooters when your screen becomes unresponsive, 40 minutes into the game wasted, your dead straight away. I have just ordered a replacement Xiaomi of which I have bought at least six for friends and family and they are superb for the value

6E Battery is only 4000mAh and not 5000mAh

6E Battery is only 4000mAh I buyed an 6E from Gearbest and ist not possible to "load" the Phone with 5000mAh, only near 4000mAh. Measured with Apps and Meter. also the Wifi dosnt work after the phone goes to "sleep / doze" state, it need around 1 Minute until the wifi is woking again after WakeUp. The Quality an the Rest of the Phone ist very Good an feels stable.

Not very rugged

Bought my son an armor 6. It only lasted 2 weeks before breaking from a 1m fall. Seemed like a decent device, but not even close to as rugged as advertised.

Ulefone armor cheap crap

Purchased Ulefone armor6 e aprox 6 months ago from Alibaba express via slow boat from China, phone was ok for 3 months then Bluetooth stopped working wifi would cut out, most recently I accidentally dropped phone in pool for 10 seconds max fished it out, 3 minutes later it stopped working, dried it plugged in no go. Contacted reseller who did not help at all, contacted manufacturer who said I must of left a port open, ah no! I never, phone is supposed to be waterproof, shock proof? It’s what they promote? Got email saying no warranty cause dropped in water? Not an honourable company, cheap knock offs, to mimic a quality brand...just putting it out there, peace!

My phone overall good.

My phone overall good. Apps great. Calls great screen good size. Call blocking great. Battery good. Taking picture ok Thats the only down fall specs for camera if they improved it to other makes i would give this phone 10 out of 10

Great Smartphone brand

Great Smartphone brand, the products are amazing, resistant, nice design, well built, so far the experience has been positive, use it for work and personal activities, only good things to say, one of my best buys last year

In recent days the positive reviews…

In recent days the positive reviews have increased exponentially. I think the ulefone is using bots. 2 months ago the brand had about 80% of one star reviews

Great phone

Great phone, great hardware. The software is good, but sometimes you have to swicth off the screen and swicth it on again, because the screen gets crazy, but its sometimes (like every month). But its a great phone. I'm talking about Ulefone Armor 6

Built Like a Gun

The build quality is something which is the reason, it's a very tempting device. The Samsung camera, the rugged built, buttery smooth performance, these together make it a great package
