I will start off by that you know my circumstances I'm 63 year old disabled man with several other conditions like diabetes stage 1 liver and kidney disease heart disease thyroid I had a damaged back and head for years the head injury happened when I was 6 and got back injury happened in a garage I am on a lot of medication which makes me unstable because they are powerful drugs like morphine patches which makes me shake I dropped my phone unlocked so I wanted a tough phone this one with the right up sound in perfect so earlier this year I bought one the 6s to be precise when it turned up it was fine but within a couple of months it was showing so many faults it was unreal the screen was jumping I could not download any information from my phone to my laptop the phone would simply not allow it I have contacted customer services you tell me to do a reset I told them I can't do a reset because all of my medical information and phone numbers are on the phone they sent me a video of how to download the information onto my laptop I told them the phone will not allow me to do this I asked them if they could send me a new phone phone so I can put the information from this one to the other phone by Bluetooth and then send this back to them they refuse they will not help me at all now now you plug the leading it will not charge so I think the reason for not being able to download data is because a connection is bad and now it's affecting the charging as well if I put it on the charger plate it takes hours to charge it doesn't charge properly the battery lasts for about an hour or half an hour this is without a doubt the worst phone I've ever bought in my life if I am disabled I rely on this phone for hospitals all my diabetic information is on this phone all of my hospital appointments are here all my doctors appointments are here ear yet I cannot get to any of it properly at the moment I have sent emails about 3 or 4 they simply do not reply it's like me do not care about their customers their guarantee is worthless absolutely worthless this is how this company treat disabled people it is absolutely disgusting so buyers beware buy the phone you get no customer services at all the guarantee is worthless so if I were you I would go for another tough phone one with better customer services customer services phone number you have to email them or text them this is ridiculous where is texting and emails they do not reply so you do need a phone number a customer services phone number I think they do not supply a phone because they know their product is bad and would not be able to handle the complaints
Pre ordered the armor 9 straight from ulefone's website. I ordered and paid on aug 7th, and I didnt even get a tracking number until aug 14th. It is now Sept. 1st, and I have contacted ulefone back and forth for the last 2 weeks about where my phone is and why it says it hasnt left their warehouse yet. Was supposed to ship via DHL, I called DHL and they told me they haven't got the package from ulefone yet. I'd call ulefone for more information, but they dont have a number to call. Only email. Which takes them DAYS to send an email saying 2 words like "it shipped" when I called dhl and it hadn't. DO NOT BUY FROM ULEFONE. They have no interest in taking care of their customers once you pay!
Bought the Ulefone Armor 7 brand new full price. Unfortunately, Ulefone as a company does not sell their own products and use third party website to do their selling. The device worked okay for me for a few months then started crashing consistently. The apps continue to shut down and stop working and the phone randomly reboots itself. After using it for awhile it will freeze and reboot and when I tried updating the software I get an error message and am unable to update. I contacted BANGGOOD which is the company I bought the phone from. Ulefone tells you to contact the seller and not Ulefone directly in regards to all product issues and warranties. Banggood offered no warranty help, ignored all my issues and suggested I get it repaired by a local repair shop for a reimbursement of up to 110.00 dollars. Banggood as a company already has bad reviews, but I wanted to write this review to make others aware of Ulefone's business ethics. They make the device, and faulty or not they do not need to care about what happens after the device is sold. That to me just seems incredibly shady, especially if you want to be a good company known for your products. The Ulefone Armor 7 worked barely at parr at its best. I looked past this since I really only got it for its ruggedness. Once the phone started crashing, however, it just showed how bad Ulefone products can be. Maybe I got the one faulty device, maybe all other Ulefone Armor 7's out there are perfect. But I will never know, since I can't get an answer about warranty and I can't get through to get any types of repairs or answers for issues with this phone.
This is for the ulefone armor 5s. I am a field crew supervisor for a civil engineering company in Orlando FL and I am in Florida swamps, canal's, and some of the nastiest places Florida has to offer. I bought this phone for the durability and the fact that it is waterproof obviously in case I drop it in the water. So far the speaker is worthless, and the screen is shot out because when you go to click on something it will pick something else close to where you touched forcing you into something you are not trying to click on, THIS IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND NOT WORTH ANYWHERE NEAR THE OVER $200 IT COST. The camera is horrible and it flickers when you try to take pictures, and the autofocus is something else to be desired, it literally takes me almost a minute of messing with it to get it to focus right. I have a lot less than half of my storage used and the phone runs as if it is full, ran good when I first got it but then time went by, and the phone began to become a complete disappointment as I have not even had this phone for 6 months. Thankfully I picked this one up on sale for $109. If this is the type of product Ulefone puts out, PLEASE TAKE MY STRAIGHTFORWARD A UNSUGAR-COATED ADVICE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS BRAND. On the other side of things I've had it wet and ive dropped it in water and minus the couple very important things wrong with the phone I had mentioned, the waterproofing is the only thing that works right on the whole dang phone. I have an extremely important job and I work extremely hard, so to have a phone that does not work as hard as I do, makes it pretty useless. So far Umidigi, and these worthless Ulefones get zero Stars and should ultimately give up on wasting anybody else's hard-earned money by selling its company name to a phone maker who knows how to put good reliable phones onto the market because nobody would be missing out with the unreliability these phones are made with today. Most people take pride in what they do, and then other don't even try. Really hope this helps people make a wise decision
I purchased Ulefone Armor 6E in January 2020. Worked well, especially good for outdoors. But in mid July Google Play store crashed. Couldn't reboot it despite using every possible advice found from internet. No support or help from Google and neither from Ulefone. They do not answer to complaints. The phone has warranty and was sent to Poland 4 weeks ago, still no answer or replacement from them. So if you want a phone with widely operated software do not buy it.
I purchased a Ulefone Armor 6e in January 2020, I cannot fault the hardware, the build quality is exceptional, it unfortunately is let down by a lack of updates, it never received any security updates (Stuck at August 2019) and the likely hood of any firmware updates was extremely unlikely.
Lack of any form of updates left me with no choice but to move on, My advice is if you want to replace your phone every 6-12 months for a shiny new one, give it a go, if however you want security and updates, steer clear
the mic stopped working during calls but ok to record (only one month old). bit of a brick now and as everyone says don't waste time trying to contact them as its probably a little old man in a back room running windows 95 and nothing works. Sent back, very expensive, nothing heard so am expecting it back sometime next century
DO NOT BUY OLEFONE!! I have an Armor 6E for 10 mounts and it got wet for the first time and they say that water damage are not under warranty!!!! I checked that caps that covert the power and SIM slot and were dry. So, the water is get inside from somewhere else. That means that the phone was never WATERPROOF. I don't practice any extreme sports and the phone wasn't expose to anything that could cause any damage.
Poor service in fact no service. The mobile data does not work with certain providers so be careful. Then ulefone offloads responsibility. Agree with reviewers who say pay less get less.
I got this phone in at the end of January. Used it for 5 months and keeps cutting off during calls. It also sometimes goes to a blank screen every now and again, thought this was due to my network supplier, seems not as they have done various checks and all is ok .
Put my SIM card into another device and everything works fine.
The old story you only get what you pay for . A cheep phone that comes with a lot of problems.

Good product but bad service center and services.
I bought an Armor 6 and was satisfied of it. But some physical problems appears so I sent it to the service center with a description file as they ask. They did not consider it and sent it back without repair it. I had to send it back again. After their intervention and received the smartphone, I just remind that the Armor 6 has IP68 characteristic, that means it is waterproof until X meter and duration under water, So I cleaned it with a wet tea towel. After that, the screen was wet inside and the back lens was wet too. I sent it to the service center and they told me it is my fault and want me to pay for repairing their mistake. If they did not do intervention because of physical damage, the screen and the back lens would never be wet at all. And I'd always have a smartphone. Currently, I do not have one because they send it back without any action. More, the back lens is unfunctional and the photo tool disappears.
I ask them to repair the mistake they did but nothing. Becareful of them !!!
I paid online for a phone on May 26th - yet it has not shipped. First I was told i did not pay. Then you realized it was a website issue. Then I was told out of stock - then I was told one would ship. It has been over 10 days with no progress.

Strong phone but it doesn't do what it supposed to do! From the first week had problems with the software, lagging and freezing, after 6 months it's getting hard to use. The camera is rubbish. This is ulefone armor 6
I bought the Ulefone Armor 3T a year ago. Now all the rubber has fallen off on the back, leaving the camera and flash exposed. I can't make a phone call and the proximity sensor won't even calibrate. I was happy with this phone until I started running into problems. The main problem is as soon as you call someone the screen turns black. Do you have to make an important call where you use numbers to direct you? Well too bad because it doesn't work. You better have someone else's phone to use. I bought this phone thinking I was buying a phone that would last, well its going downhill and not lasting. The camera is trash, but its advertised to be 21 mp however that works. So now I would say that the item is not as described. It is not as rugged as you are lead to believe. Thanks for an overpriced trash phone that has become a problem rather than the solution.
I have a Ulefone Armor 2that lasted two years with minor issues. the rubber sealing broke off within a year, the menu was playing off within 6 months, and after two years of use it started rebooting every time I pressed something. However I decided I will try a new version of Ulefone in hope that they improved it since the Armor 2. After I placed my order on their official website, payed with paypal for the phone + USD 30 DHL and insurance it took two days to receive an email with tracking number and good news that the product has shipped. Two days later I received another email to pay an additional $30 USD for delivery or my product will be sent back to the warehouse. I requested more details and explanation, but shortly after a few email exchange the ulefone team stopped communication. They were extremely rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. I had to file a dispute to paypal to get a refund. Luckily the case was ruled in my favor in short time paypal issued a full refund. Very bad experience, lost two weeks with unnecessary headaches, do not recommend it all. Save yourself the hassle.
I've not have a taste of this device but i think is durable, strong, and lasting to what i've read and watched i hope to have feel of this powerful phone.
