Ulefone Armor 8

I purchased Ulefone Armor 8. Not a tough phone as advertised. My intended use for it was as a navigation aid on my motorcycle. During my first use it got rained on. That was the last time my phone worked. I contacted the seller several times without a reply. I contacted the Ulefone directly whom dragged this out until my warranty expired. Then they wanted me to send the phone -To China- for repair, all on my cost. Not a quality product and no good after sale support. A rock paperweight is cheaper and lasts longer.

My phone is 2 months old my screen has…

My phone is 2 months old my screen has lines over it, and the hand scanner is awfull, I got burnt while trying to scan my finger it's that hot. I complained to the seller and they said from their experience it was my fault and id dropped it. I have never dropped it and if i did i would expect it to still work especially as they call it a rugged phone. I had another issue before it stopped working and that was it would not connect wirelessly to anything, no modem, no car and no hands free. Do your self a favour and buy something else so you dont waste your money as I wasted $498.00 of mine.

Phone ok, customer service shocking

Phone (Note 11p) ok for the price. Ulefone's customer service is shockingly bad though. File transfer stopped working when my laptop upgraded to Windows 11 because the driver went out of date. At first, I got really terse responses from their customer service team with links to videos that weren't relevant to the issue, then I got a one-liner saying they don't have drivers for Windows 11. I've tried a couple of times to email them back requesting they look into developing one (after all, if they don't who will?) and they've not even had the courtesy to respond. This is what their website says about customer service and tech support: "Best Customer Support. We strive to provide our customers with fast professional support on any issue related to our products. "Frequent updates. Here, in Ulefone, we have large group of engineers who restlessly working to provide our clients with fresh updates to make our software more stable and easy to use." Neither of these are true in my experience, in fact they couldn't be further from reality. So, if you need a phone that you can hook up to your PC to transfer documents, images, work files etc, I'd say avoid at all costs

NO WARRANTY WITH ULEFONE.

NO WARRANTY WITH ULEFONE. Got Ulefone x7. Seemed like good phone, lots for the money. Had it month and screen went dark. Amazon took it back. I liked the phone so got another one. This time I had it four months before touch screen stopped working. Contacted the seller, Ulephone Mobile, as the warranty says to do. Waste of time. Told me to contact Amazon returns. It is past 2 months, so Amazon will not do refund. Ulefone has not replied to my messages since then. You now know that THERE IS NO WARRANTY WITH ULEFONE. Do not believe what they say on their web site or anywhere else.

DO NOT BUY

Every update is a nightmare and you lose all your settings and some functions. The phones dont support 21st century technology, cameras are awful, no NFC settings, it's basically a 1990s mobile in color!

Has a dodgy service app namely omacp.

Has a dodgy service app namely omacp. Strange how the screen on there phone just fell out and can't info from them to reattach it, seems they are another company that once they have the money sod the buyer with faults( poor workmanship).

Ulefone Note 9P the phone from hell

I've always owned cheap phones for the last seven years, and the majority have been surprisingly reliable, often lasting 3 or 4 years before I replace them with a new model. However there are reliable phones and then there is the Note 9P from Ulefone. I've had nothing but problems with this phone since it arrived, some 10 months ago. Calls randomly drop out mid conversation, when the phone decides to just turn off and reboot itself for no obvious reason. Picture quality is absolutely awful from the main (rear) camera, I don't think i've owned a camera phone with image quality this bad for over 10 years, but the Note 9P takes grainy, washed out images. Android Auto doesn't seem to connect using this phone, i've tried it using different cables and even different cars. Finally, and probably the worst problem of them all is the fact that since a recent Android 11 update, the phone seems to have lost its fast charge ability and now charges at 300ma or below which now takes over 8 hours to charge the phone to 100% from the low battery warning. The update was the official release carried out using the built in wireless option on the phone. The slow charging now makes the phone completely useless for daily mobile use, so its resigned to the bin. This experience has not endeared me to the Ulefone brand, and it will be the first and last time I entertain ANY product from this manufacturer.

Their "rugged" phones are rubbish. Very disappointed.

I'm not happy. About 2 months ago, I purchased a Ulefone Armor X8 phone from ruggedphones.co.nz to replace my old dying Samsung phone. Keep in mind, this is NOT ruggedphones' fault, they were very helpful and fast when ordering. It was all good until just a few days ago, where the waterproof seal for the SIM/SD card slot broke off. "No problem, this isn't really opened much anyways" I thought, until the waterproof seal for the charging port had also snapped off, thus making the phone no longer water or dust proof unlike Ulefone's claims. For a "rugged" phone, you do not expect it to start falling apart after just two months of use. Especially not for such a frequently used connector. I do not recommend buying Ulefone's "rugged" phones, and personally I feel scammed out of my money. I won't be buying from Ulefone again. This serves as a good reminder to only buy from reputable brands from now on, not any rando company that you come across. Again, this is not ruggedphones' fault, this is purely on Ulefone. To give some credit, I have also bought a smartwatch from them (Ulefone Watch Pro) which appears to be a rebrand of a cheap, generic smartwatch model. That is working OK, for now. If I want a smartwatch, I might consider buying from them again as the watches are only around $80NZD each and are basically just rebrands.

So unhappy with phone

So unhappy with phone. Screen has cracked three times from smallest drop. And with text messages I cannot activate sound alert when I receive message. For a work phone, I would not recomend this phone..

2G ulefone

If i may advise anybody cosidering the ulefone, do not buy the 2G unit it is not a good phone, the operation is very slow , sometimes you can hear theres an incommong call but the fone is so slow the call drops before you had an opportunity to pick up the call On bord memory is very poor Its tough and robust but it will frustrate you tremendously

No refund after package is lost

My package got lost in the mail. They didn't try to find it and to talk to DHL, I had to do everything myself. And at the end they just stopped answering my emails and I never got refunded even though DHL has probably refunded them. They stole my money. They don't care about customers. Don't give them your money, you can't trust them.

I bought a pretty cheap Ulphone device…

I bought a pretty cheap Ulphone device (Note 7) 2.5 years ago, that cost 50$ and had 1Ram and 16Rom. Overall it is a decent device for it's price, the amount of Rom isn't enough for my current needs and it makes the phone pretty slow (my storage is almost totally full, also 1GB Ram...) but the speed was fine with me until now. The phone is indeed rugged: survived water, my son has put lintels mush in its charge port and in the earphone plug and it still works, was hardly thrown by my son many times and it still mostly works (has some cracks and the very left side isn't responding anymore). The camera is ok for my needs but some may say it has a low quality. It served me well until recently, and I'm happy that I bought it.

To be honest with ulefone the battery…

To be honest with ulefone the battery is really strong but the problem is the back camara and flash light stop working and also the phone freezes ulefone is a useless phone if you buy you have wasted your money they cost financial lost to Ghana water company all the phones we bought from them have all spoilt

Bought a Ule phone armor 10 5g

Bought a Ule phone armor 10 5g. After 2weeks the basic camera only shows a pink blotch. Can't take pictures. They told me to master reboot the phone this didn't help. Now the screen is starting to shake up and down. What a piece of crap.

Note 9P

Recently got my Ulefone Note 9P. Big screen, easy to use, brilliant camera. However, there are a couple things preventing the review being 5 stars. The first thing is the watermark on the pictures I take. Whenever I take a picture and look at it, I notice in the bottom left corner that there's an Ulefone watermark which I think ruins the picture overall. Secondly, there's no default gallery. There's Google photos as the phone's gallery, but not everyone has a Google account. Plus, you would have to download a gallery app on your phone but again, you'd need a google account to do so. Last thing is google chrome start up. When I go on to chrome, I'm immediately welcomed by Ulefone's homepage. I get that you're trying to promote yourselves, but it gets really annoying after a while. Overall, great phone, recommend it to anyone (who has a Google account)

Armor X5 Pro

The mobile phone works ok. The camera sucks. The silicone tab that secures the usb fell off. It will do so on your phone too, belive me. The customer service in Sweden has no spare parts and will not help you in any way!

Ulefone Armor X5

Ulefone Armor X5 I bought this phone 8 months ago for it's so called rugged design. Truthfully, the phone slid off my car passenger seat onto the car floor and the result was a cracked screen protector. The screen protector comes with the phone and is quite thin compared to other manufacturers. The red side trims labeled 'Shockproof' are equally made of poor brittle plastic and which cracked and broke around the fixing screw. This phone has not yet seen any outdoor action as shown on the Ulefone website, I'm very reluctant to take it anywhere. Good luck with customer service.

Great Device that lacks support after sale

I recently purchased a Ulefone Armor 9 including inspection camera through Amazon. When I received the phone I was thoroughly impressed. The phone itself exceeded my expectations all across the board. The issue I have started just about 30 days after ordering the phone. The issue began when the phone accidentally fell from the door of my vehicle while exiting. When it hit the ground the screen was absolutely destroyed. I have been attempting to work with the company to see if it can be repaired in any way but they have been not the most eager to help me resolve the issue. First round they asked if the phone still functioned at all, if not not worth attempting to repair. I assured them it still functioned, just very difficult to comprehend what's on the screen. The next round they inquired about any damage resulting from contact with moisture or water damage, I assured them no, it had remained in a dry environment. The last interaction I had with them they requested photos showing the phones ability to still operate. I have sent them a half dozen photos and a week later they claim they have not been able to open the files, which doesn't make sense to me. Long story short, no matter how great an individual product my be, without a support staff that has an interest in customer satisfaction a great product becomes marginal at best. Super unfortunate, and I'm also a little dismayed at Amazon, which stated it had a unique warranty for devices sold through their website, but their solution was to reach out to Ulefone for repair.
