Hello, I am Ulefone customer service. We can solve your request for you. Our customer service staff has contacted you yesterday. You can check your personal email.

I have recently purchased a Ulefone…

I have recently purchased a Ulefone armor 21 and i had a problem. Tried to contact them but nothing. Tried to find a solution in Internet forums and tried something risky that put the sitution even worse and in loop without starting. Tried again the support email yesterday and today in the morning and nothing yet. Update 28/02: They finally responded and they seem polite, but the problem is not yet resolved. Update 3/03: I´m still waiting and nothing, only one request, already 1-2 mails sent, no answers. Update 3/03: Situation Resolved.

I'm glad that your Armor 21 phone problem has been solved. Compared to contacting our customer service through the official customer service email, I recommend contacting customer service through the customer service APP on our Ulefone phone. The customer service APP can let us understand the basic information of the phone more quickly.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money my latest phone is buggy needs to be restarted several times a day junklefone. My previous ulefone the battery failed I purchased a 3rd assuming an honest company would deal with it under warranty unfortunately the warranty is a joke!!! My first ulefone was excellent unfortunately poor products poorcustomer service Note ulefones response to this issue isn't the first response. An offer to deal with the issue was offered with a caveat to pay for the return UK to China with further caveats of what was excluded. I wrote the phone off with the damaged battery the ulefone that is buggy is still buggy and needs to be restarted several times a day. In the ulefone reply no reference to how to communicate with them was left as before so when I last reached out which was the second time it was a waste of time. So I gave in then!!

Our mobile phone system is Android, so it has basic Android system functions. How to use "Do Not Disturb" is as follows: (1) How to turn it on: Go to "Settings" > "Sound" > "Do Not Disturb Mode", turn it on manually or set a timer. (2) Set exceptions: In the "Do Not Disturb Mode" settings, add allowed contacts or applications. (3) Custom settings: Adjust the mute rules, notification filtering and other options according to your needs. If you have any questions about the function operation of our mobile phone, you can contact our customer service through the customer service APP on our ulefone mobile phone or the customer service center APP to get answers. I hope the above methods can help you in the process of using your mobile phone.

Fantastic service

I've had 2 Ulefones. The fingerprint sensor failed on my current Armor 17 Pro. I emailed Ulefone to ask whether I could buy a replacement FP sensor, because my phone was nearly a year out of warranty. After a couple of helpful messages, I confirmed that I was prepared to try the repair myself, at my own risk, and they have just sent me a new screen(includes the FP sensor) as well as all the seals necessary, clearly identified, and a complete waterproofing membrane. All free of charge, without fuss. I am so impressed. Whether this solves my problem or not, my next phone will also be a Ulefone. What a brilliant service.

My review of the Ulefone Note 13P.

My review of the Ulefone Note 13P. The phone is well built, and the battery life is great. The display is very decent also. There are some points that really let it down though... The camera is not good, you cannot take close up photos, it just goes blurry. Even to the point that it cannot read QR codes. I have tried several camera apps on this phone with the same results, so it’s obviously something to do with the actual hardware and/or underlying supporting android OS software that is the issue. The overall "speed" of the phone is lacking. For example, installing updates from playstore takes ages compared to other phones in our house. I don't mean download speeds; I mean from the point that the updates are downloaded it takes ages to actually install them. I have compared the same updates on other phones and the 13P is considerably slower installing the same updates. The android OS is stuck at ver11, which isn't great. Since getting the phone years ago Ulefone have only released 1 update for networking on the phone. This fix eventually came to address a severe problem connecting to public wifi SSID's that required users go to an authentication page. Other than that, the software updates for security and performance are non-existent. If there was an alternative ROM available for this phone from the likes of LineageOS for example, I would definitely try that to see if it gave new life to the hardware and fixed any of the issues I mentioned. Unfortunately, LineageOS does not have a ROM for this model yet. It would be great if Ulefone released an OS update themselves to improve what probably is a phone with decent hardware. Although this phone has good potential and some positive things going for it, the negatives are such I would not recommend it to others.

Uselessfone More Like

I've had and experienced three Ulefone products, two phones and an Armor pad. So I think I'm justified in saying that they are not only slow and difficult to reboot or restart (and you'll have many instances of having to do so) but also have an alarming tendency to freeze and even brick out for miserably ever after (two gone, one left to go). If you are unfortunate enough to have bought one or more of this company's devices, be particularly wary of any of their junk updates which seem to trigger or accelerate these "unfortunate” events. If you are lucky enough not to have experienced the trials and tribulations of owning a Ulefone - DON'T!

Ulefone very highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to convey regarding the Armor 26 Ultra. Lives up to its features and specs. Customer service is a bit slow through their email contact but they do eventually respond. I'm looking forward to future phones with this manufacturer.

Update no3...

Update no3... Try to make a call with this utter garbage fone n nothing happens bout 50% of the time... So i have to restart it... Then it works.... Worst fone iv ever had the misfortune to own.. mostly bought it for the v bright light on it to save electricity bill.... Errrrrrrrm it turns itself on sometimes in middle of night... So have to switch it off at night... Utter utter rubbish fone... My old Nokia 3310 from 15 + yrs ago was better....n hey it even actually made fone calls... every time...not just sometimes... If i could put a price on this fone it would be about £25... I hate it... Design fault after design fault after design fault n haven't got time to waste with there so called customer service,s who probably won't even reply as several others have mentioned... Trust me do not buy any ULEFONE,s atall..

Appaling customer service

I must echo a previous one star review. This company offers zero support if you have any issues post-purchase. Ulefone Note 18 Ultra bought 07/08. SIM tray snapped. Emailed service centre and was simply directed to the Service Centre app on my phone which is useless. Will never buy another ulefone product. Ever. Neither should you. Addendum added 17/09 The fingerprint scanner hardware has now stopped working. Atrocious stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Addendum added 30/09 Ulefone have agreed to send me a new SIM tray but at a cost of $30!!! Yeah right. I repeat AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Poor communication and lack of interest

Poor communication and lack of interest when a handset develops a fault.. I have bought 3 ulefones phones over the years an 11 19 and 23 the lack of updates are an issue but they are rugged so overall I was happy until My last experience when a ulefone 19 stopped working whilst on charge I found out there's little to no communication with the manufacture under warranty Reply from ulefone 🙈 Dear Customer, We are very sorry, dear user. Due to too many emails to be processed, the reply is a little slow. Thank you for your understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience.Have you contacted the store seller for warranty?Your phone may have a hardware issue and need repair.Since we have different after-sales teams in different departments and your phone was purchased from a dealer, if you need warranty service, you need to contact the store seller. They will get back to you and handle it for you. Thanks for contacting us. service@ulefone So there it is fact!!! Ulefone are useless!!! The seller is on eBay no protection after 30 days and the seller won't respond (LS TECHS)

Never Purchase Here

I bought a phone, it was defective, I wrote to all support services at once, I waited for a response for 6 months, the response killed me: completely irrelevant, I wrote again, they answered immediately, asked for information and details about the purchase, they said yes, we agree that the phone is defective and that it needs to be replaced and that's all the conversations ended, if you bought a device from them and it is defective, you will never return either the money or another phone.

Dont buy Ulephone, no support!

I recently bought a Ulephone Armour 22. I am in South Africa and live a fair distance from Johannesburg, too far to drive to return a phone. I've only had it a month and it does work, so far. However the nearest "support" center is RuggedSA in JHB. When I got it it had a balloon that appeared at the bottom of the screen over the key pad (if you were using it) confirming your last command, or "Call ended" whatever, bottom line you couldn't see the keyboard to type, couldn't swipe or tap it away, it just stayed there. I contacted RuggedSA by phone and their "support" told me it was an android issue and that "I wanted my Ulephone to be like my Samsung". I couldn't accept that the android developers would allow this, so I sent emails to them and they said they had "escalated" the issue. A week later still no reply, so I emailed again, no reply. Then I phoned and asked for the MD and was put through to supposedly the 2IC, he promised to come back to me and never did. I phoned again, and again was put through to management, again a promise and again no followup. Eventually with Google I found the solution to the problem. It was a setting that didn't appear in the settings menu but when you searched for it it appeared. It was set to 2 minutes, I deactivated it and problem solved. I then sent the link to RuggedSA advising them that I had solved the problem and after all that they replied "Glad your phone is working now". No apology as to how I was treated, no thanks for solving the problem that they couldn't, just have a nice day! I should have spent the extra money and bought another Samsung, at least they have support centers everywhere and their support knows what they are doing! Buy Ulephone and be prepared for stress!

Great service under warranty

I had a warranty issue with my phone (Power Armor 14 pro) I was a bit worried about sending my phone to China ( I'm in Australia) They notified me on the phones arrival and updated me on it's progress. It was returned very quickly with the issue fully resolved , they even replaced my screen protector. Ten out of ten very happy with the service. This is my third Ulefone and it's the first time I've had a problem

My phone was mounted to a motorcycle

My phone was mounted to a motorcycle, the speed was locked to 100KM/H and that was my riding speed when my phone dismounted from the frame and fell on to the road I used both breaks to stop immediately and for the first time in my life experienced steering wobble. I fell with around 30km/h off my bike and found my phone in perfect condition with minor but visible scratches on the surface. That speed and I saw my phone tumblering on highway behind me in every corner it had it hit extrfemely hard on the road. If you dont believe me now I can show you photos of my phone. If it survive that, it survive many things. Perfect !! I am so shocked by the durability of stupid plastic that is on the cover.. Thats NOT plastic.. I dont know what it is, but it is SICK tough!!
