For over 6 months problem texting.
For over 6 months problem texting. Have answered dumb irrelevant questions 50 times, and then " customer (dis) service representative ' hang up, run out of stupid irrelevant questions , they have no idea what to do

I have been with simple mobile.
I have been with simple mobile.. then I had ultra. I also had T mobile service I came back to ultra because I had loved the service. Just my circumstances had changed. I am a loyal customer! So far I’m not disappointed in my service and looking for to my 4th month free. Thank u for letting me write a review. So far no complaints.
The e-sim card failed me in Germany
The e-sim card failed me in Germany. I paid $40 for a 30day e-sim of unlimited data and calls. The 1st time I tried to use it, it said I was out of data and should purchase more. Of course, I didn't. And no real person to help. Disappointed, and will not use Ultra for my future world travels.
I live in a somewhat rural area...
I cannot place or receive calls when I'm at home, but I can text.

I bought a phone over three weeks now…
I bought a phone over three weeks now and the phone was defective, they promised sending me a label and up till now, i have not gotten the label. I keep call every day and not resolved. The Order# is um_338275 The ref# is 351210

I was able to get great deals when I was about porting to another carrier. But I am not enjoying the data as much because the 12g plan I'm on now is slower than when I was on the 4g plan. Can I know why?
