Super rude agents

Hello, I purchased this through your eBay store, but I was never able to activate the service. After being bounced around between multiple representatives without getting a clear answer, the issue still remains unresolved. To make matters worse, several of the agents I spoke with were condescending and rude. They also didn't seem knowledgeable about the service they were supposed to be supporting, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would appreciate a clear explanation of what went wrong and a prompt resolution, whether that means activating the service correctly or issuing a refund.

They charged me yearly fee when I clearly said i am paying monthly for my ultra mobile. Incontacted the customer service they said me to dispute the charge and created a ticket but they never ever resolved my issue. I didnt wanna pay yearly at l they took my money for no reason and made me pay yearly. I dont wanna use ultra unless my problem resolves

I signed up for Ultra Mobile carrier service that had no inbound and outbound messaging provision, and most importantly calling. I am basically having no working feature for a paid fee. Extremely pathetic and useless service. Needs immense attention to customer’s order fulfilment that they are entitled too. I need immediate assistance and get my paid services up & running.

i live in Mexico...there are plenty of cell towers around, my phone rarely works. however, I am in NM now and have found it too much trouble to change the internet. the phone call to my husband's At&t Mexican cell was slow to connect and low volume. I use my phone primarily for banking and business needs, and not for social media, games, reels or even Google maps. I did just purchase a 2nd plan for my husband a couple of months ago. i have recommended the basic service to other people in Mexico who need USA phone numbers. thank you for making that service affordable and reliable enough for basic service. you do also have good customer service. you respond quickly and clearly.

Unprofessional, rude and impatient.

The lady was impatient and rude. The two agents were unprofessional. The first one made me pay for a package for me and my husband, and also charged my husband's account after I paid for the services for two of us. The second one I was trying to explain the situation to was so impatient and unprofessional, she didn't listen to me. She ended the call.

Everything is great except some of the plans. I really wish that you have 2G unlimited for $10 / months. I don't really use much of the data so 2G unlimited is good plan for me to have. Please consider it. Thanks!

Horrible . Ultra sucks . Customer service is just their ai while you hear the person type the answers . Accents so bad you can’t understand and the coverage sucks
