Love them!

It takes a few weeks to get the contacts but they look GREAT and block most of your vision, which is the goal

Superior quality

I'm re-writing this review because I finally received everything, and the quality is impeccable! I ordered the toric lenses for the first time after purchasing from this company for many years, and the quality is superior. I love that I can get a colored lens for my astigmatism. Everything else was received and came packaged nicely. The only thing I wish would change is communication. I should not have received a "review purchase" email as soon as I did.

The contacts are great

The contacts are great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I had contacts that didn’t come for 3 months, and messaged them, they replied asking for the tracking #, i gave them it and they never replied. (it’s been about a month of waiting for a response.)

Shipping is always late.

My contacts even though I ordered them three weeks early before a convention I needed them for - came almost a month and a half AFTER the convention. I constantly have problems with the quality of the contacts as well. Rips and tears in the lenses. I will try to order from uniqso one more time, but if it doesn't go well I will not order them again.

bought a pair of contacts about five months ago for a convention i have in one month, and i haven’t heard anything, not shipping or a projected arrival date. they first said they usually get delivered within 1-2 months :/

Great lenses, poor service

I love my Uniqso contacts, but I ordered 3 pairs of lenses and only got one in. Two have been at the same shipping status for over a month with no sign of them coming to me. The emails I received on questions on shipping were unhelpful and I was unable to locate who to contact about my issue. Again, the lenses are amazing, I’m just disappointed with the service.

Ordered my contacts over A MONTH AGO

Ordered my contacts over A MONTH AGO, they haven't arrived yet. I ordered my contacts on May 1st, it's June 20th. Where are they? I don't need them for a couple more weeks and I was going to wait until I got back from vacation to say anything if they hadn't arrived but then I got an email asking me to review. I haven't gotten my product yet, why should I even review??

Mailing took more than a month

Mailing took more than a month, and my mail was lost the first time despite paying for route protection (absolutely useless, they didn't refund me anything and said they cldnt do anything about my lost mail, then i paid for what?) and when i asked for a refund, uniqso just sent me another one and gave a voucher. i'm not ever buying from here again so why would i want one??? absolute timewaster and EXPENSIVE too

be aware if you're in the UK

be aware if you're in the UK, there's NO warehouse in the UK, Your parcel posting from Malaysia will be charged extra 25% of the total value for VAT and customs by the delivery company when the goods enters UK . And this is not clearly stated on their website . Customer service for this company basically doesn't exit.

I bought purple mesh contacts

I bought purple mesh contacts, they were good, but the model shown did not specify whether their eyes were dark or light. I have dark eyes and the color did not show up well

Purchased many times from this company

Purchased many times from this company. Last shipment never made it. I have brought it to their attention multiple times and nothing has been done. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.

Great contacts the only negative thing…

Great contacts the only negative thing is if you have different prescriptions for each eye you have to order two pairs because they don’t have the option for it on most of their cool contacts.

It’s great for cosplaying!! I cosplay on my tiktok @skat.cos and the contacts are perfect for bringing out the characters.

CONTACTS DIDNT ARRIVE

I ordered a case and a pair of contacts, the case arrived and the contacts didn’t, I was disappointed because I ordered them in time for an event and they didn’t arrive.
