This price was comparable to every other delivery company. However, the customer service was excellent. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Sam the scam will low ball you a price, assure you over and over again that it won't change, then when it comes time for the pick up they say they will email with the price and pick up info. THAT is when they screw you. A very rude lady will call you and try to get you to believe her shpeel about the economy and the gas prices, blah blah blah, and they will NOT honor the quote they gave you. They bid your haul last minute to any hauler that can come get your vehicles, and THAT hauler is the one that sets the price, not United States Auto Shipping. They have you by the balls at that point because it's too late to book another hauler last minute. And don't even think about leaving a negative review before your pick up, the lady will call and tell you to remove it, or they will NOT haul your vehicles, and hold your 1st amendment right hostage. So wait til you get your vehicles first. All these positive reviews are fake. Go research United States Auto Shipping. If that wasn't enough they book a hauler (KDN Transport Group) with a guy that doesn't speak English at all, but didn't hesitate to gesture with his hands "give me money" to people at the drop off point that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the contract. This outfit has a negative rating with BBB, VERY Unprofessional company, Fraudulent, and won't feel bad for extorting your money. To the rude lady behind the phone, I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW. This is America and I will exercise my right to free speech.

This company is a total FRAUD! They will quote a price then call you on pick-up day and tell you their driver canceled and the new driver is charging 2-3 times more than the original quoted price. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!
Bait and Switch Scam!
This company tells you they have drivers ready to transport your vehicle for a very reasonable price. After you sign the agreement you are notified they have no one in the area and that the price to transport the vehicle will be substantially higher. IF you cancel there is a an agreement cancellation charge. This is a classic bait and switch scam. Beware!
Same day cancellation
We paid for my brothers vehicle to be transported to Texas and paid a $150 deposit just for them to cancel the same day. This caused a huge inconvenience and Shawn was so inconsiderate as well as the manager. They told us that we were going to have to pay a $200 cancellation fee when the company breached the contract not us! The driver caused a huge inconvenience and hardship for our family and now my brother has to drive himself and is out of money because he can’t get his plane ticket money back either. This is very distasteful and I wouldn’t never recommend this company!

A car was being picked up from NH and bring to MO. Price was quoted and paid the deposit. I asked several times, if this was the rate it will be. I don't want any surprises. They assured me it could change but not much. They emailed and said they found a driver, but the cost went up. It was $ 1000.00 more than what was quoted. I did some searching and all the prices came back competitive. They told me I had to pay with cash or money order. Do not accept credit cards. I told them I was going to find another company that will take credit cards. Then they said, if paying by credit card is the issues, they can take credit cards. Again, I asked them several times, I can pay by credit card. They assured me there would be no issues. Well, they picked up the car and the day they were deliver I spoke with the carrier, and they don't take card cards. Either cash or zelle. I called US Auto Shipping and they said, let me check on this and I will call you back. That never happened. They did answer me on email and advise the credit card terminal was down. They are trying to work on my behalf with the carrier so I could pay by credit card. Never heard another word from them. The carrier never said anything about it being down. Needless to say, they were just lucky I could get the cash. This company will jerk you around. Do not use this company, they will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Wish I would have read more reviews before I committed myself and paid the deposits. BE AWARE!!!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. I signed a contract to ship a car for $1,250 and put $250 down. The day they were to pick up the car, the driver Carlos called and said he couldn't pick it up. Then they wanted to charge me more to ship it. I said no I'll take my money back. Talked to Mark several times. He hasn't answered my last text. Mark keeps blaming their accounts team for not sending my money. Now it looks like I have to spend money on an attorney for $250.
