I had the pleasure of working with David Smith , who could not be more accommodating and helpful with this process. He was honest and upfront with all the details from the beginning and assured me that this process would go smoothly. Needless to say, my car arrived safely and on time . DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️They will give you a quote and make everything sound so good, then they switch up on you last minute, claiming they had to request a new driver and now it’s double the price of the original price. They don’t stick to their own contract. They are lairs and scammers and just trying to get over on people. Thanks to them I have to leave my car behind in Florida until I can find another shipping company. They need to be shut down.. Nothing but lies from them.. Thank goodness I followed up with them to make sure everything was good for pick up because had I not they would’ve sent the driver and on delivery day the driver would’ve been expecting $1600 from me which I don’t have so they would’ve took my car and put in a garage somewhere collecting more fees. By the way this all happened the same day my car was suppose to be picked up. I was promised everything was good to go just lies for no reason. Save yourself the trouble and find another company. I reported them to the BBB

I booked my shipment about two months in advance, and Bruce kept me updated every step of the way. Everything went exactly as planned, including the pickup date and the final price. Well 0 wasn't an answer! I was going to ship my truck to my son at Army base Ft Bliss and bring his broke down car back. Was told 650 there and 650 back. Now they want 2000 just for driver. Asked to cancel and now theu want to charge him 400 to cancel. They missed 2 signed contract dates and still want let us just walk away from them. Crazy

The day of the car pick up I was…
The day of the car pick up I was informed that be an additional charge due to fuel prices and then the bill came in at three times approximately the original estimate and then told that they couldn’t find a truck to pick it up because of the cost, the driver who eventually came friendly, not very communicative and while loading the car it came off of the ramp however he did deliver it on the time expected and again was very friendly and felt that we had no options beside taking their new elevated charge
