If I can do no stars I would. Bait and switch company. Manager hung up on me after I am trying to get the car picked up yesterday, then when I called back he called me an a$@hole. They won’t refund your deposit until you pay another $200. Which is the cancel fee. Chris Miller told me he would bputn$100 of his own money towards my delivery. Which went from $500 to $1200 and they confirmed with my and the driver then 20 minutes later his truck had issues. Do I needed to pay for the dead miles the other driver had. But it just is all too much baiting. I called the number on google and it isn’t in service. The 5 star reviews. I don’t believe they’re real. Totally a bad company and would NOT use.

He was concerned, efficient, kind, and completely professional and helpful when we were stranded on the side of the road three states away from home, with a Mayo patient in the vehicle. The service in the end was great. I did not like the fact that the original quote was changed to a higher rate after the contract was signed. Roger reasoned with the driver to honor the original rate but still ended up being more. I'll have to be careful next time I ship a vehicle.

Hi I had a wonderful experience with Roger on my car shipment from Oregon to Indiana. It took 4 days to get my car. He was understanding and helpful, able to listen and act on concerns . I had challenges with finances but he managed to get me an affordable driver. Tiger was also responsive which I appreciated much .. I would recommend this company for car shipment…5 stars Roger !
Well I was promised a pick up in Michigan on 1/16/26 which has still not occurred. I was quoted a price and half down and half when delivered to Texas. However, now they cannot find another driver siting maintenance issues, and cannot guarantee price and wznt to charge 2k more to transport vehicle with another available company but that driver has to travel over 300 miles to pick up vehicle. This is unacceptable! I made an agreement for delivery by Jan 25, 2026, even asking for it written in contract and via text messages from Roger, the dispatcher. However, now they say they cannot guarantee it, but did refund my 250$ deposit after extensive discussion and they deciding they wont get a truck for the quoted price. Car still sitting in original location. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SCAM JUST WANTS TO SAY MECHANICAL ON TRUCKS TO GET YOU TO PAY MORE AFTER YOU SIGN CONTRACT
