Forget Returns

You advertise returns and then, even when the mistake is yours, either make the buyer pay outrageous shipping to China or return only part of the cost.

I am not happy this services

I am not happy this services. I wanted to return order for a refund. I was getting the run around and then after three emails I was given the address for the return. Unfortunately it was not worth sending back and that is terrible. Now I do not want to even order from this company anymore.

I have purchased a similar style garment before and like it The arrival journey can vary but Customer Services do respond, The garment was not ‘knitted’ as described but printed! Returns are expensive but the process varies.

Cute clothes, terrible returns

I am in agreement with most of the reviews. This company sucks. The clothes look cute but the sizing is way off even if you follow their guidelines. Returns are non existent. You are stuck with your items and maybe a couple dollars for compensation. I am negotiating with them now for a 50% refund. I have them up to $12.00 so far.

I would not purchase from them again!

I would not purchase from them again. Their clothes are very cheaply made, and it is a hassle to return. They discourage you to return the item by telling it will cost you a lot to ship the item to China. They then offer you a percentage of your money to keep the item. So beware!

I mistakenly ordered the same 6 different items twice. I attempted on multiple times to cancel one of the orders immediately, but unfortunately its to difficult to reach you and the chat box does not understand. I surrendered and recieved both orders. However, the o nly thing true to size that fit was the ring. Over $200.00 of duplicate clothing that I loss money on! tk sixe

I have had no issue with the quality of the clothing. I’m always pleased with that. My biggest and only issue is your refund or exchange process. I’m still waiting on an exchange of a necklace that came broken and a dress that was too big that I only want exchanged. I’ve exchanged at least four emails to make this happen and still nothing. I am very hesitant to purchase again with your weird refund policy.
