Customer service might exist; however, it didn't exist for me, before, during, or after my order, via phone nor email. I figured out the best way to track my package, because the Uoozee site doesn't offer tracker and the Shop app isn't a good source for tracking Instabox. Shipment arrived, after a couple of weeks. The only thing the dress I ordered has in common with the description is they're both yellow. No asymmetrical hem. No easy pullover. No flowy design. Frankly, I don't want to go through the exchange hassle with Uoozee. Needed this dress for a Bridgerton-themed event, on September 26. Now. I have to spend more money to buy a dress. BEWARE.

Terrible service! Everything seems to come from SHEIN, yet they charge much more. My package was never even shipped, and I wasn’t informed. Customer service is no help at all – they keep saying they can’t find my order. Honest advice: don’t order here! Check SHEIN yourself – you’ll find the same items for half the price.
The clothing was very well made in the material was very good. The clothes are gorgeous.
I like the style of the clothes and the quality of the material the only issue is they are located overseas and for you to do a return is ridiculous. They'll offer you a small portion of a refund and you can keep the items but, if you spend $170 or $200, an $18 refund is not a big compensation. So you can't Exchange either because they're located overseas and you'll be paying for shipping and handling. And for me the clothes ran a little small. So just be aware of that when ordering so you don't have the return or exchange issue as I did. It would be nice if they had a local Warehouse in the US.

I’ve been trying to get a refund from this company for over three months for merchandise I never received—$136 worth. The tracking number shows the package was returned to Jamaica, NY, yet the company claims my address was incomplete and the item was “destroyed.” That makes no sense if it was returned to them. Now they’re asking me to pay an additional $65 to resend the item, even though they already received it. I’ve asked repeatedly for a refund, and they continue to refuse. This is incredibly frustrating and feels dishonest. I paid for a product I never received, and instead of resolving the issue, they’re demanding more money. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their handling of this situation has been unacceptable. In addition, the clothing is not depicted correctly. What you receive is not the same quality as the high end images on their website, hence the cheap, price.

The dress I ordered turned out to be bigger than I expected, so I sent an email following the return instructions provided on their website. It said I should receive a response within 24 hours, but it’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve decided not to buy from them again.
Dress not like the picture
3 dresses- each fit differently
Each sleeveless dress I received fit differently, even though they were the same size. The colorful dress was hard to pull over my head and fit well (once I got it on with a bit of a struggle) the neckline was too snug. The black and white asymmetrical dress squashed my bust but the rest fit and made me look matronly. They were made of what felt like ribbon material - cheaply made and would have made me sweaty if worn longer. The denim dress was made of good stretchy material and had strong snaps, but it was the one that squashed me all over - was way too small. All three were different lengths. I'm returning all the dresses. BTW, the sleeveless blouse fit well and was very soft and comfortable. I'm keeping it. It's strange how all of them were the same size but fit differently.

I didn’t even order anything from this company - had Bever even heard of them of seen the dress that I supposedly ordered. My credit card was charged under the payment guise of “oceandirect”. The company says I have to return the item to China at my cost, then offered a small credit and said I could keep the item.I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM, so this is clearly a scam . Beware.
Moldy dress
I received the dress with black spots everywhere, a bad smell like mold, it was damped when I took it out the clear bag and ripped near the zipper. I first thought it was damaged through shipping but I realized the USPS bag was not dirty and the clear with the dress inside was not damaged. These people took my money and literally put a moldy dress inside the bag and shipped it off. I wish I could post the images but this site doesn’t have an option for photos but I definitely have them.
Tread carefully before ordering
I ordered six items from Uoozee, totalling around £140. One garment was fantastic, another was ok but the remaining four were of poor quality materials and were completely unflattering. Nothing like the photo on the website. To prevent you from returning the items, they politely warn that you are liable for shipping costs and how expensive it is to ship from UK to China, and they offer a nominal refund of less than the price of one garment. So I’m now stuck with Shein quality items at 3x the price! My advice? Tread carefully before ordering. Scroll down the item description to check the quality of the materials. You will probably find that polyester is highly featured!!
