This Company is sooooo deceptive. The clothing on their website and ads are all nice upscale things. The fabrics look like nice fabrics. Cotton and Linen and Rayon and Silk. The dresses and skirts look long and like they will fit. They offer sizing up to a 5X and show a sizing chart with each item. So, you trust them. You order the lovely clothes. You wait about 3 weeks. The big bag comes and you are soooo excited, thinking your beautiful items have finally arrived. Then...your disappointment begins. With each item you pull from the bag to try on, your heart sinks a little bit more. First of all. NONE of the items are made from ANY quality fabrics. There's NO COTTON, NO RAYON, NO LINEN, NO SILK, NOTHING BUT CHEAP HORRIBLE POLYESTER. EVERYTHING IS POLYESTER!! That cute dress from the website that looked like it was flowing and cool cotton, great for vacation?? NOPE, hot and tight in the bust and stiff and miserable to wear. That cute top you loved with the embroidered design? PRINTED ON THE FABRIC, totally cheap and hot to wear. That beachy island cover up, the sexy semi sheer one? A stiff nasty printed polyester with a white thick backing that's not cute or sheer at all, and is an entire foot too short. I spent over $500.00 USD with this Company and was THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ENTIRE ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE LOVELY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON PINTEREST OR THEIR FACEBOOK ADS OR THEIR WEBSITE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO USE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM OTHER SOURCES TO SELL YOU. THEN THEY SEND YOU A BAG OF GARBAGE!!! I live in Mexico so returning items is impossible. Ordering is very user friendly on your website, but I recently ran into some issues with one of my orders that I have not yet received from September 9th!! UI have written twice to your customer service, and have not received a response to either email. My last order was received, but surprisingly, via a neighbour in the next building to me who was kind enough to deliver it to my door. I am wondering if you have a new delivery company, as one order was partially delivered, and the other to the wrong address. Is there not a way to track each shipment? I am most reluctant to order anything further from you if this is going to be an ongoing problem. I am also waiting to hear from your Customer Service department regarding a refund for the order that was never received!

Your customer service is non-existent! I never received my order and your representative decided I didn’t know my own address! Her idea of “making things right,” was to charge me an additional 30.00 on top of the 84.00 I already paid for my order and they would reship my order!! I didn’t receive it because your choice of delivery apparently can’t come back and deliver to the post office on a day that isn’t Sunday! This was my third order! My first two wouldn’t permit me to make a return of an item I specifically bought two of to make certain I had the right size! I bout an xl and a 2xl and because it was too much trouble for them, they said just keep it and gave me 10.00 off each 40.00 order and THEN they credited the wrong order! They credited my most recent nightmare of an order instead of the one noted on my several emails with the appropriate order numbers! I have all of the emails should you want to see them! I love your clothes and it’s a sincere shame I will NEVER order from your company again!
