I am not happy with the new delivery system. It shows the product delivered several days prior to the actual date, you don’t know if the product was just shipped to the wrong place or what. I did not receive the emails as I had in the past informing me of the status of the order. The product itself was very similar to previously ordered “dive suits” so I got what I expected.

Good, but imperfect
Bathing suit is good. But the white panels are already show discoloration after one wash. Didn't use any special detergants or dyes. Not sure why the color messed up.

Both orders were cancelled out of nowhere. The first order was cancelled a day after I placed the order, with an excuse of Out of Stock. However, the size showed In Stock on the webpage. I placed the second order to try my luck, only receiving the same notification of cancellation three days later. You successfully pushed me to turn to Amazon. Is it how your business model works?

Awful customer service
Customer service does not actually fix any issues. Bathing suit ordering and delivery was fine, but return process was frustrating. Return portal wasn’t working and customer service unable to communicate directly and provide solution.
