Cassie and Dillon H were absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating and answered all my questions. Knowing everything i learned I felt confident and assured in my choice to get my pet certified and I'm so happy I'll be able to bring my baby with me ♡ thank you two so much!! The customer service was A1 and I would recommend that's anyone needing certification to must certainly go through usservicesnials.org for your animals certification!!

I spoke with Kate today and she was so sweet and respectful. She was very understanding with my concerns and even shared some information about her own pup, panda, at home. Getting everything set up was easy and fun with Kate.

My representative Alex was so kind and helpful, he went above and beyond to help my disabled veteran husband help get our cats registered as ESA for him. This man showed that there is still kindness in humanity and help make this process not stressful or difficult at all! 10/10 I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to get their pets registered as ESA

I had a lovely experience with Valarie today, she was so very kind and amazing. She talked me through the whole thing and made sure my questions were all answered, there was a slight issue with the computer for a bit and the conversation we had while waiting was super awesome and I loved hearing about her dog while I told her about my cat. Overall just an amazing experience :)

Scammed out of $500. Subscribed to a subscription I declined and was still somehow charged monthly and recieved and invalid ESA letter. “Mental health therapist” changed his number and all.

TRACY WILLIAMS, US SERVICE ANIMALS, you need to give her a raise.
I have gone through US Services so many times and never had an issues, turns out this apartment complex uses a third party to verify ESA letters now and I was reaching out to customer service and nobody was able to give me clear instructions on what i needed to do next. I talked to Tracy and she was immediately able to decipher the emails the third party was sending and exactly what i had to do. She didn’t send me to anyone else or tell me someone would call me back, she took it upon herself to help me fill out the form even to make sure it was all settled once and for all..
