Todd was absolutely phenomenal! I received an eviction letter for my dogs even though the apartments approved them and Todd went out of his way to help me, get me the soonest appointment, and calm my nerves. He took wonderful care of me and any company would be lucky to have an employee like him! Thank you and God bless you!

Trinell helped me out tremendously when it came to explaining the steps I need to take with my dog. Shes is someone I highly recommend speaking with. Very sweet and very helpful.

I had a lovely conversation with 2 agents this morning the first one I cannot remember her name for the life of me but we were discussing ( off topic) types of emotional support and how unique they are. The second agent ( Shout Anthony) helped me get some of my info correct and both Agents were lovely.

I’m glad they finally answered the phone and got everything sorted, but if people didn’t ask for your “VIP” membership please do not randomly make them pay for something they aren’t even receiving.

Their customer service team is friendly…
Their customer service team is friendly however they scheduled me for an appointment at 10am to 10:30am I wait in a video call by myself for the full time and then I get an email saying I didn't show up, called to complain and they were very little help about keeping the time professional, I used my lunch break at work to make the appointment just to be made a fool
