Low life company…

Vacasa loves to generate income but they just rented the house next to mine to 6 loud drunks who disrupted the community until 4 AM and would do nothing to try to rectify the situation. Their rep was illiterate and could care less. Time for a class action lawsuit my be drawing near.

Everything was great

Everything was great. The condo was nice and cleaned when we arrived and it smelled fresh also. The people that lived on the property were sweet and didn't mind telling me of some places to travel and also eat. This was my first time traveling to Myrtle Beach and loved it. I will most definitely book with you all again.

We paid approximately $5,200 for a…

We paid approximately $5,200 for a one-week stay at the Spring Oasis property, and the experience fell far below what anyone should expect at that price. After booking, I read prior guest reviews that mentioned some of the same problems we later experienced. I called and emailed Vacasa before our stay to ask about those concerns and was specifically told the issues had been fixed. Unfortunately, they had not been. The kitchen was unusable. The stovetop did not work, and the dishwasher was also not working. Because we could not prepare meals at the house as planned, our family had to eat out and incur significant additional expenses throughout the vacation. The ice machine made an extremely loud mechanical noise during our entire stay. On the final day, while we were checking out, it completely broke. In the middle of our vacation, the electricity was shut off for approximately five hours. We were told this happened because the owner had not paid the electric bill. We had two children, a dog, and an elderly family member staying in the house, making the extended outage especially stressful and unacceptable. The beds were uncomfortable and wrapped in plastic, which made sleeping difficult. Vacasa also scheduled a last-minute fire inspection during our vacation without providing clear communication or a reliable timeframe, leaving us uncertain about when someone would enter the property. The local Vacasa office frequently did not respond to my emails. I spent a significant portion of our vacation calling, emailing, documenting problems, and trying to get assistance instead of enjoying time with my family. A vacation rental costing $5,200 should have working utilities, a functional kitchen, comfortable beds, proper maintenance, and responsive customer service. We documented these issues with photos, videos, emails, and call records. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property or Vacasa.

Savannah Price Place

Savannah Price Place was such a beautiful home. It was just as described. The home had everything you could possibly need. It was comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful host that took care of a beeping smoke detector within a hour of our arrival. The only downside is that the home is on a busy corner and the noise from cars was a little distracting. But I still gave 5 stars because this was a great place to stay.

The location was fantastic and the amenities were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised that most essentials—such as coffee, soap, and shampoo—were already provided. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice stay

Nice property, neat and clean. The washer & dryer wern't working but that wasn't a problem, we had enough clothes packed. Loved the upstairs deck, kitchen and living room. It was very light and confortable with great views. We will be back as soon as possible. I'd recomend bringing food to prepare at the house, there is almost nowhere to get a meal nearby during mid-week in June. The tavern just around the corner has good food & beer with somewhat limited hours. The beaches are very nice and not crowded or picked clean like the Oregon beaches.

Comforts of Home

I travel to Myrtle Beach regularly to see my Dad who is in Hospice care now. Mom passed a few months ago so this is a hard and emotional time. This condo provided the comfort and convenience we needed after visiting Dad. This unit is beautiful and clean and well-appointed. The owners provide everything you could possibly need. You can tell they take great pride in their condo. And yes there an elevator in the building! Getting into the unit was a breeze. The door will lock when you close it so make sure you have the code with you! You are not going to be right on the beach, but you still have a lovely view of the pool and sunset. Everything is just a few minutes’ drive away. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed was ridiculously comfy and even the shower’s water pressure was great. I love having a smart TV at the end of the day; we could just crash for a while and decompress with a movie or old tv show. Checkout could not have been easier. Run the dishwasher, turn out the lights, and lock the doors. (We also put our dirty towels in the tub, just to make it easier for the cleaning crew) I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to stay at Myrtle Beach. Thanks to the folks who own this property for all of their welcoming features and providing the comforts of home. Top notch quality. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Clean, well equipped apartment with fantastic communal facilities (pool, gym , lovely roof garden with BBQ, and communal sitting room and kitchen. Very friendly residents. Superb location for exploring central Seattle and the waterfront area. Highly recommended.

The place was great, clean, everything in the right place. We enjoy staying there. The next time we will go to Myrtle Beach we will try to get the same ´place.

Booked a home in CR had a power outage

Booked a home in CR had a power outage, had to relocate for the night. They said they would reimburse me for the stay. Never did, sent a link to my email for payment but it was a bogus link. Now I can’t get through or a response from anyone. Book elsewhere they do not do good business!!

This house is a 5 star experience

This house is a 5 star experience! I've never been in a cleaner house with ALL of the amenties! This does not feel like a rental but rather a home. From the beach chairs, towels, artwork, furniture, the beds are AMAZING, to all of the kitchen appliances/pots & pans/glasswear/untensils etc, this house leaves you needing nothing! This house, that feels like a home, will always be my first choice in Myrtle Beach!
