Excellent service
I had to change my travel dates, and then I had to ask for leniency for the second payment (by a couple of days). Everyone was so nice and accomodating. The house was even better than expected. Will use again!!!

I had a great experience using Vacasa. They had plenty of photos of the hotel. The place looked exactly like the photos, beautiful! The location was literally on the beach...just a few steps from the pool to the ocean. Plenty of parking! A grocery store on site and multiple restaurants. The weekend breakfast buffet was terrific! Vacasa ensured we had a wonderful time!
So much to offer.
Place was comfortable and close to shopping and restaurants. Also fairly easy to get to beach, Lots of beautiful scenery and places to visit, I would definately stay here again.

It was easy to make reservations. Very fair price. I feel like I got more than what I paid for. The view from the house was amazing. It was so very relaxing staying there. The jetted tub was fantastic. Very clean and organized. I will definitely be reserving this place in the future. I high recommend it to others.
The condo was exactly what we needed
The condo was exactly what we needed. The deck was really nice, but it rained really hard and we didn't get to use it. You do need to come down about 9 or 10 steps to get to the condo, so if you have trouble with stairs, beware. You have everything you will need in the condo. It is lo ated in Marble Falls, TX and it is a nice town.

Not sure why this company is still in…
Not sure why this company is still in business. The room was horrible! Not clean, HOLES UNDER THE SINK, FLOORS FILTHY, ALL APPLIANCES WERE OUTDATED!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! KEPT LYING TO US AND WOULDNT SWITCH OUR ROOMS AFTER WE COMPLAINED ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND THE SMOKE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! IF WE STOP BOOKKNG WITH THEM EVENTUALLY THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS AS THEY SHOULD! IM BEGGING EVERYONE TO PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!

Absolutely nightmare-inducing experience
We rented the perfect house on the beach in Edisto for a four-day family vacation with our grown kids and grandkids. We found out after the first night the house was infested with bedbugs and it was so severe we had to relocate immediately. We were placed in a house that was not on the beach as the first was, but only after we heat-treated our own belongings before being allowed to do so. The new house had a broken elevator, a gas grill that was faulty and burst into flames, a broken coffee maker, spiders in the kitchen, and some sort of beetles in the bedroom. Overnight, instead of receiving any refund for our loss of a day at the beach, instead spent relocating and disinfecting our belongings, we had an additional $600 taken out of our checking account. When I could not get a return call after leaving a voice mail notifying them of this error, I had to drive to the office and waste more vacation time in an attempt to get this corrected in person. We did get a partial refund which was then taken away the next day. Instead, they discounted our cleaning fee saying it actually should have been higher for the house we were moved into. What should have been a wonderful vacation turned into a nightmare and subsequent slap in the face where some form of consolation was absolutely in order. Looking into modes of legal recourse at this point as I was appalled at the entire experience. ***We were booked in the Davis House under my wife, Bethany*** I do not have the confirmation number on hand at the moment, but you should easily be able to find us in your records.

The loft
The loft was located perfectly for our stay. We walked everywhere. The loft was very comfortable and clean. We had everything needed for a great visit to the city.
Perfect spot
This spot is fantastic. It’s found at a dead end so traffic is late. It is everything that you need. We had the ocean view which was breathtaking watching the sunrise every morning falling asleep, listening to the waves. The beach was just redone so they extended it and cleaned it groomed it so the sand was perfect. Definitely saving the spot as a comeback to for sure.

The view was FANTASTIC !!!!! We loved being right at the ocean’s edge and sleeping with the windows open. Great location to beaches and town. Definite recommend.
Hidden Gem
We had a hassle free experience. Everything was laid out for us. We arrived to an amazing townhouse on the beach. Definitely a hidden treasure. My family had a great time.
ALOHA!!! ISLANDER ON THE BEACH KAUAI
ALOHA!!! I LOVED staying in condo 235 Aston Islander on the Beach on Kauai. The view was beautiful of the pool, ocean and the room was very clean. The Islander on the Beach is centrally located on the island which is ideal. So many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Everything was perfect! MAHALO!
