Van Life US has created such an inspiring community centered around adventure, freedom, intentional living, and giving back. Their giveaways are more than just incredible prizes — they represent opportunities for people to pursue a life they’ve been dreaming about. The current Papago Vans build giveaway is absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship and thought that goes into these builds is amazing. I also really appreciate that Van Life US uses their platform to support meaningful organizations like the Gabby Petito Foundation and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. Their commitment to making a positive impact beyond the van life community makes them stand out. Thank you for creating such a positive space for dreamers, adventurers, and anyone looking for inspiration to build a different kind of life. 🚐✨

Thank you very much for your feedback!
While I haven’t personally ordered any products from Vanlife US’s site, their marketing work is outstanding. The quality and availability of information regarding their giveaways and the nature of the prizes is clear and accessible. I hope that their giveaway structure can open new doors for individuals who may not have had the chance otherwise to have interesting and exciting experiences. On the other hand, the offering of entries for their giveaways in exchange for positive (or negative!) TrustPilot reviews appears to be in nearly in conflict with TrustPilot’s guidelines for reviewers. However, as these reviews may accurately represent our experience interacting with their service, perhaps it isn’t so bad. But it is worth noting.
Thanks for your thoughtful feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We value transparency and are always looking for ways to improve while providing a great experience for our community. Thanks again for your support, and best of luck!

This company and those driving it (hehe see what I did there?) seriously rock! One of the things I admire most about Vanlife is their commitment to giving back... in style!! Their environment conservation, the cool ways to reuse older vans and give them a facelift, the way they interact with customers and the kindness they exude is top notch. I would love to one day drive of their vans. Especially the custom Pink VW in Gabby's memory. But in the end I just know that there are so many out there that could use Vanlife's support and generosity and I look forward to cheering them on every step of the way!
Thank you so much for your heartfelt support and kind words! We're grateful to have you as part of the Vanlife community. Wishing you the best of luck in the giveaway!

All these positive reviews were left in promise of entries. Their focus is money they make raffles hard to enter without paying. They reply to messages with AI generated soulless responses. Peoples entries are not clear do you get ticket numbers? No. Do you see the odd posted anywhere? No. Not only that I’ve entered every giveaway and won nothing. They claim they “lost money” bullshit. Know who lost money? I did. They sell crappy products that end up in the landfill and are AI generated designs (clearly) Now they have a new “charity” for people facing domestic abuse, that’s probably owned by one of them to write off their taxes. I’d like to see the odds, how many people have entries those sort of details but that’s all hidden. This one’s shady.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration and would like to address several of the concerns you raised. First, while we do offer entry opportunities through activities such as reviews, we do not require positive reviews. Participants are free to leave honest feedback, whether positive, neutral, or negative. We value authentic feedback because it helps us improve. Regarding entry methods, no purchase is required to enter our sweepstakes. Alternative methods of entry are available and outlined in the official rules, as required by applicable sweepstakes regulations. We understand that some participants may find the process less convenient than making a purchase, but all entry methods are treated equally. As for entries and odds, sweepstakes odds are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received and therefore cannot be determined until a giveaway closes. We do not publish live odds because they change continuously as new entries are received. Winning a giveaway is never guaranteed regardless of how many times someone enters, and many participants enter multiple giveaways before a winner is selected. We also want to clarify that our giveaways are conducted in accordance with official rules and are administered through a random selection process. Winners are publicly announced, and many have shared their experiences and prize deliveries publicly on social media and our platforms. Regarding our products, we recognize that not every design or product will appeal to every customer, and we appreciate all feedback. Our goal is to offer products that resonate with our community while helping support the giveaways and charitable initiatives we participate in. Finally, the charitable organizations we partner with are legitimate organizations that support causes we care deeply about. We take those partnerships seriously and work to make a positive impact through them. We respect your right to share your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to do so. Transparency and customer trust are important to us, and we will continue working to improve the experience for everyone in our community.
