The Credit card security did not cause s glitch. When I tried to renew my data plan earlier, it glitched and I could not renew. I called customer support a couple of times and it would not work.

Awful company - stay away! They lure you in with a great 6 month deal around £12 per month for unlimited data then when it runs out they hike the price to £70 per month. Complete con of the worst kind - DO NOT SIGN UP AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
