I contacted Ryoko/Viaota because I had the wrong plan, way too expensive and more data than I needed. I feared that a "corporate" response would leave me trapped in a situation I didn't like. However, I got a "human" response, and I think this plan will work out.

They offer a returns policy but its a load of lies. Take your money and say that if it’s been opened they wont take it back nor will they give out their returns address. DON’t buy from them!

This is a total rip off I bought
This is a total rip off I bought this took 2 weeks to get ryoko hotspot router already setup so lost 2 weeks of unlimited data witch turns out is not unlimited at all used 4 hours and quite working they said I used to much data on the unlimited plan and wanted me to pay 25 $ for 7 gig of data which isn't anything when your camping isn't anything to check email and weather and some movies. then the next month I used it for 5 hours then same thing happened again talked to them again and they said I used to much data again so unlimited means 4 gig of data not unlimited and I don't see anything saying unlimited data = 4 gig of data in there ad anywhere. they just want you to buy more data when you already paid for unlimited.
I didn't recommend anyone buying this and wasting there money on viaota or for ryoko hotspot router it's a total rip off.
I REPEAT IT'S A TOTAL RIP OFF
