I think it's not vidaXL's fault, but the provider's. The coffee table I bought arrived later than expected, but that's understandable because of the Holidays etc. However, the product utself did not look good. It was scratched and the paint was missing in several places, which looks awful, since it was supposed to be all black, but now it has many 'wooden' parts where the paint is missing, especially the legs. Didn't want to bother with returning it and waiting for ages for the problem to be solved, so we kept it and will try to fix it ourselves, but it's definitely a bad experience, and not what you'd expect from a brand new coffee table... No complaints about VidaXL itself.

My order from 08.12 was cancelled without any additional information (no email, any call, nothing) I chose to pay around 70€, because they selling the product trough eMag! Starting with 08 December until 22 I didn't not receive any information..When I ask details they answered: the delivery service DPD didn't received the correct address! Can you believe this!? I am a eMag customer from 2010 in my account I have all my details.. I will not recommend to anyone to buy from vidaXL, you will loose time and money!

Products quality wasn't ok. One was used already (partially mounted, and broken seals),and one was for one use only, cheap plastic components, need replace few parts for current use.

Pathetic service. I placed the order and it said free delivery but the order went to DPD collection center which is open from 11-7 instead of 9-5 and closed on sat/sin. I work and cannot leave my work to go 5 km to pick a package that was to be delivered at door step. Please return my money back

The products are ok for what you pay, but their customer service is horrbile. They bill you the vat and say that they are giving it back after you receive the products, than they say they will refund it after one more month because there is a return time policy. Afterwards they do not respond to the emails. It s been 2 months since I received the goods and no answear from them

I was pleasantly surprised to see that what I ordered was exactly what I wanted. It fits very well with the Ikea furniture and is just as easy to assemble (it has everything included, diagrams, screws, even a small screwdriver).
