Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the software is exceptionally versatile, fast, and reliable to use for converting videos and managing multimedia projects. People also appreciate the outstanding support team, which consistently provides quick, helpful, and effective solutions whenever assistance is requested. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional software bugs and unexpected downloading failures experienced during daily use. Users noted that certain video processing tasks occasionally hung or stopped working properly, requiring extra troubleshooting steps to resolve. Consumers pointed out that these technical hurdles required patience while waiting for updates or fixes from the team.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I've been a long time user of the free giveaway version but I finally got around to buying the 5 user lifetime license during one of their frequent sales. The product is great and very user friendly. I mainly use it for upscaling old videos and for colour correction. I find many old movies and TV series look very washed out because of how they have been stored. Videoproc makes it very easy to put the colour back.
It simply did not work, could not even enhance a modern video

Even using the free version, the video converter is an amazing tool to seamlessly convert files. I would highly recommend if you need an intuitive, quick way to fix a video that isn't playing properly.

In the past I have used some other similar products but VPC is best for me because I found everything encapsulated in single software for my usual media requirements . I'm regular home user (not professional) and for me VPC AI software fulfill all requirements for usual media working regarding convert/improve, and download photo/video/audio content. My laptop is an old Toshiba 64bit Windows 10Home, 8Gb RAM and Pentium 1.6GHz processor so rather weak system. Against my hardware speed/performance, VPC run smoothly and do the jobs in reasonable time. I use VPC from 2019 and tried mostly features Downloader/VideoConvert/DVD/AudioAI/SuperResolutionAI and in rare occasion Stabilization. Globally I'm very satisfied with results considering my hardware resources, so for medium skilled users I highly recommend VPC AI. Thank you VPC !
The program is very worthwhile. It is a program that includes everything in one place, including downloading, converting files, reducing resolution, expanding resolution, and even recording video. Therefore, it is a one-time payment that is very worthwhile. This does not include the AI that helps in various processes.

I've been using VideoProc Converter AI for a while now, and honestly, it has been a frustrating experience. The AI-powered features, while promising, often feel clunky and unintuitive, making the editing process more complicated than it needs to be. Enhancing video quality, converting formats, and compressing files are tasks it struggles to handle efficiently. The so-called "super resolution" barely improves video clarity and often introduces artifacts. The video stabilization tool, which is supposed to fix shaky footage, produces mixed results, leaving the videos looking unnatural. The ability to download and record videos directly within the software might save time, but it's riddled with bugs and crashes frequently. Overall, VideoProc Converter AI feels like an overhyped tool that doesn't live up to expectations. It’s not worth the investment, especially for anyone serious about video editing. There are better and more reliable options out there. Not recommended!

I used the free version of VideoProc for a while. I just didn't need all the features are thei full capacity.or so i thought. once I started working with larger data sets but still wasn't in a position to purchase a new computer, i decided to upgrade my subscription on VideoProc. It's so much nicer, not having to worry about the limitations and being able to run a job and trusting it will shut down my device when it's done, and it all works locally, no need for internet connection other than when you need to install updates. Super user friendly, straight forward, effective, and impressive.

Garbage customer service. I bought the software to enhance old television footage but the results were awful. The faces were distorted in a nightmare level. I contacted the customer service for a refund on the same day but they started to ask for more videos and more info just to deny my request. They simply won’t honor their 30 days refund policy. The software is garbage and doesn’t compare to Topaz Labs. This is a company of dishonest scammers. UPDATE 1 Company still refuses to issue the refund even after sending the video proving that their software doesn't work as advertised. I have contacted my credit card operator to cancel the transaction.

I have been using VideoProc DAILY for a decade and still need not look for others. It handles anything unimaginable, downloads from the most unlikely sites, and converts about any format to any. It works fast and has no ads., no, nothing annoying here. One enjoys amazing customer service. But the music does not stop here. It fixes bad video and does excellent feature-rich screen recording, with no bloatware loaded all in one package. Easily recommend this safe program.
Hi Jacques, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that VideoProc has been such a reliable tool for you over the years. We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service as well. Thanks again for sharing your experience! Best Regards VideoProc Team

"In truth, I used this application from the beginning and really liked it for its fast conversion speed and excellent features. But when I changed my Windows and forgot the purchase details of the paid version I bought, I contacted the company that owns the application and they responded with my data. And when I had a problem, they solved it for me and explained the reasons. Honestly, it's the best value for money with great technical support. I don't regret buying the lifetime version of the app at all. Thank you and keep it up.
Hi Kareem Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience with our application and support team. It’s great to know that our service has met your expectations and that we could help resolve any issues you faced. I have used the software for 24hours and it is loads better than my previous video encoder. Great quality and high speed encoding. I will update after a few weeks.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying the improved quality and speed of our software compared to your previous encoder. The "Youtube Downloader" side of the app stopped working back at the end of October, just gives me "Analysis Failed" to all video. I used to like this software and used to find it useful but now one of the key features is broken to all videos I try to download plus we PAID for the software and now half of it doesn't work and they don't seem bothered to fix it. I contacted support and they kept on asking for a log file. There's no log file for converting videos. The developers claim that a problem with a Python update is causing it but other downloaders seem to work ? The problem still remains. Shame as I once enjoyed using this software.
Hello Cameron, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. The reason we ask for log files is to identify the specific cause of the issue, as there could be several underlying factors. Please send the logs to our support team at [email protected] so we can investigate further and provide a solution as soon as possible. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving this for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best Regards VideoProc Team
Videoproc is the ABSOLUTE WORSE video download and converter I have come across. Don't waste your time or money purchasing this r_bbish. It fails 90% of downloads you try to process, except downloads you can do for free by simply adding a plugin to your browser. And the editing tools are nothing you can't do for free as well on free software you get with any computer. Don't believe in all the positive reviews. They're fake and purchased. Save yourself the purchase and demands for refunds which will never be provided.
Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Recently, a global update in the Python environment increased the system requirements for the “Downloader” feature, and we’ve updated VideoProc accordingly. Could you please share the URLs you had trouble downloading with our support team at [email protected]? We’ll investigate the issue and work on a solution for you. If your purchase falls within our refund policy, you’re welcome to contact our support team for assistance with a refund. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to helping you. Best regards, VideoProc Team
Videoproc Converter AI is an excellent software and does a outstanding job of what it is meant to do. I bought this software after trying it's free version and numerous other free software and found Videoproc to be the quickest to convert and download videos with excellent quallity. The interface is very intuitive and easy as well. The lifetime license is really worth the money and is highly recommended.
This tool has been perfect for my needs. It's my go-to video downloader. If it cannot find the video at the URL, the screen recorder works just as well for my needs. I haven't even used all the features yet - the downloader and screen recorder are worth the lifetime license.
Hi Laura, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that VideoProc Converter AI has been a perfect fit for your needs. If you ever have any questions or need assistance, we're always here to help. Best Regards VideoProc Team
This is great software and usually works without any issues. Unfortunately, every now and again, even the best software has issues. With so many pc configurations it's bound to happen. Then the customer support becomes involved and this is the defining moment of how good they really are. Ricky solved my issue and now all is working again. Contact about my issue was immediate and responses were too. 10/10. Thank you!
Hi Roger, Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Ricky was able to assist you and resolve the issue quickly. We understand that with so many different PC configurations, occasional hiccups can occur, but we’re committed to providing the best support whenever needed.
