VIMA Magic Skin Changing Foundation This is a great product that actually works on my skin. I have rosacea and even when applied lightly, it almost disappears. Very happy with this foundation. Just be aware that delivery may take a little longer than expected.

I found this product by mistake in a treasure chest box my son ordered. I decided to keep it and try it. I was amazed how it worked. It made me look 15 years younger. I received so many compliments. I found Vima about 6 mths ago. Prior to finding it I tried out 3 other brands. I loved Vima immediately. It covered my dark spots , floated on top of my fine lines and best of all you don’t need much product to get an excellent look. I use very little under eye cover and it blends perfectly. Add some color stick blush and I’m good to go. It’s great to have such confidence in a product.

I made an order, then immediately tried to cancel when I found a kit with more products I wanted at a better price. I was told it had already shipped which no way was true. I ordered the kit planning to just return the 1st order. After receipt, I requested to return the 1st order but the cost to return to the UK was crazy. I was offered & accepted a 30% refund. Then I looked at their site again & noted the 100% money back guarantee & free shipping. So I emailed again & told them I didn’t like the foundation as it didn’t cover darker spots & didn’t feel like 2nd skin as advertised; I didn’t care for the feel. I did like the mascara & eye brightner ok. I was told my products qualify to be returned but not free shipping because I just didn’t like the foundation which was personal preference. However the additional information they provided that you don’t initially see stated products must be in original state. You can’t try & be in original state. I have reached out for verification & return info but expect it will be very expensive & aggravating & I’ll probably end up paying for products that do not work as advertised for me. I was really excited to try this makeup based on some reviews but just not for me. Customer Service has been in contact via email throughout the process over the last few weeks & today but haven’t resolved in the way I would have expected according to what you see on the website when you order. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because of the mascara & eye brightener.

I received my order and I was disappointed because the package looked like it was opened and sealed back up with tape. When I opened the package, I was missing an item the Primer was not there and I really wanted to try the Primer I use the Foundation and love it. I contacted Vima and they responded right away by email, and I explained the problem and took pictures of the package and the items inside and what I was missing. Mila got back with me and explained that they could see the package was tampered with and that they would be sending me out a new order. I was sceptical because getting the right colour was a nightmare so I stuck to what I knew. I sat one evening and thought yep will give it a go so I bought it…..so so glad I did I love it, it’s so creamy smooth going on, instantly sets to your skin tone am so happy I tried this 🫶🏻 the offer they give is just brilliant I buy two a little cheaper and they offer different payment options. This product truly lives up to the hype. I had previously ordered a solid stick version of this concept of makeup from a different brand, but it was just too chalky and made my skin look so dry. It actually drew out all of my lines and imperfections. Deciding to try Vima was such a great decision! A little goes a loooong way and the blend to my actual shade is flawless. It leaves my skin glowing and hydrated, and it’s honestly so fun seeing it turn from white to my skin tone. Shipping took what was quoted and the tracking was sufficient.
