Vital records charges a high fee $43.00 which does not inclue the charge by the state sending out records. I was sent a vital records package with incorrect information of the state fee, causing my application to be returned and necessitating a return visit to the notary. I feel this company provides a sub-standard service and then charges higher prices for it.
