wellmedr is a excellent company. The staff is super in responding to my need. Candice Jones did a supreme job in taking care of what I needed. She was very polite, patiently listened, & handled my request. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customers need to know when talking to these people, they are wanting to be very helpful & need to be treated with respect.
Customer service, communication, not good.
The only thing I have to say that was good for me with this company was the person who I spoke to when I cancelled. His name is Marquis Pennington. I appreciated that he was understanding and did not give me any kind of hassle about cancelling. Otherwise, I sent an email almost 3 weeks ago and did not hear back. Also contacted them to speak to a dr and never got a call back. Customer service number was hard for me to find.

I am writing this review out of appreciation for the customer service received from Wellmdr, with a shout out to one oarticular representative, Romeo. I called with an inquiry, and Romeo told me he would look into it, promising me a personal call back. He kept his promise, calling me back with joy in his voice. We shouldn't be so impressed simply because someone keeps their promise. But who else can agree that sort of integrity often lacks in today's busy climate. I appreciate Wellmedr and Romeo for being there for me on my journey. Love the service, the product, and the well-developed patient portal. Thank you, Wellmdr team! ☺️
