Overall, everything was great! We love our new windows and the installers were excellent. There was a bit of a language barrier but it certainly wasn't a show stopper. I would definitely order more windows from this company. Their staff arrived early in the morning, completed the installed in a very timely manner and their clean up was phenomenal.

They gave me a date to start and they were there. They finished in one day and did a great job. Cleaned all there mess up and put in six windows and two doors. Very happy with the windows

We love the actual windows. The installers were professional and very maticulous in the installation process. We had an issue about the installation but one phone call to the office and we were able to work it out in a very calm and professional manner. However watch out for the salesman as for he is very deceptive is why only the 3 stars.

I just reached out to the Better Business Bureau maybe I can get resolution with the help of the Bureau I reached out for almost 2 weeks about molding for bay window that was to be ordered March 30 I have reached out to Window Nation 5 times since June 18th I have received no call back with any information but was told every time I would get a call back with that same day

It was hard to get a hard date for the work to begin. We were delayed twice after we had removed our blinds and were ready for work to begin. Finally, I spoke to a gentleman named Chris who took responsibility to follow-up with us to let us know when to expect work to begin. On the day of the install the two me who came were on time and ready to get started right away. They did a great job.

Installlation crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. They arrived on time and completed my window replacement on time. They did a great job cleaning up. Our new windows look great. We feel we got a great price and couldn't be happier. We would recommend Window Nation to anyone.
