I ordered a pack of 12 light sabers for my son’s 8th birthday party and we received a box with only 1 inside. He was devastated and I now have to go thru a lengthy process of figuring out how to get a refund when they don’t have a phone number to call. Such a bad experience and such a headache :(

Not all bracelets lit up as they should have and 2 boys missed their opportunity. No need for replacement or partial refund. I wanted to avoid this happening to someone else. Thank you.

I bought the light up bubble wands and…
I bought the light up bubble wands and they dont work well at all. Some of them didnt work at all others would work but the batteries are loose and they dont work well with kids moving and waving them around the batteries wiggle and they dont stay on im very disappointed in them. We got 13 of them and less than half of them worked ok.

this sounds like older batteries for sure as we sell tens of thousands of these with no issues. plz email us at [email protected] and we can send batteries at no charge to fix this
