I wasmissing an item and i sent an email the day i received my order. I asked for a replacement and awaiting the decision. It was food picks for cinco de mayo. It was missing from my box which wasn’t taped securely as usual. I am a regular customer . They have since notified me that they are mailing me a replacement

After buying and returning (twice!) glow necklaces from another company, I was desperate to find a new product that could ship in time for a school “glow party!” Thank you for your wonderful product. The connectors were not only included, but already attached! Thank you for creating a low stress order for me and providing superior products!
Inferior product
Inferior product. 80% of the glasses didn't glow, and the ones that did lasted for a very short period of time. I've ordered from this company before, but never again with this product.
