I was surprised the product had a warranty option. When filing the warranty claim, the service received was hassle free. There was an issue with the first replacement received, but Mark responded to that promptly by shipping another replacement. Prior to filing the claim, the product had been great to use. Hoping the replacement product provides continued positive use, if not, I trust Wolfbox would respond appropriately based on this experience.

I purchased a Wolfbox G840S Mirror Dash Cam and the upgraded WDR Rear View Camera earlier this month. It was installed yesterday and the results far exceeded my expectations. The quality of both cameras is excellent and the filter supplied for the front cam eliminates all glare. The WDR camera provides a truly wide image which can be adjusted up or down via the touchscreen mirror. I have my set up hard wired and parking mode is enabled. The settings are comprehensive and intuitive. In my opinion, what I purchased is exceptional value for money. The products arrived quickly, were securely packaged and Wolfbox customer service communications have been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Wolfbox and their products based on my personal experience.

I have used wolfbox for close to two years and I had an issue with my unit that was not covered under warranty. Despite that, the company chose to replace my unit with an upgraded version for free. The product is awesome, and I was bummed with the small issue I was facing. My rear camera failed on my Wolfbox tripro a week before a big overlanding trip and Mark from customer service got back to me same day and mailed out a new waterproof camera with expedited shipping so I got it time! He was very responsive and I’m super impressed and happy. Camera worked great on a 2,700 mile trip through the crown lands in Canada, and back through Maine and the national forests. I have been a very content customer of Wolfbox and there products for many years and even more so of there service and professionalism
Even recently i had an issue with my Wolfbox camera system i use i heavily rely on for work, within a very short period after contacting there customer help team i was responded to with very helpful troubleshooting but unfortunately i was unable to get the issue resolved
However i had no reason to panic because the member of the team called mark went above and beyond to kindly send me a replacement as i counted on the product to do my job without further delay and personally saw to it i received the new product within days with no cost involved and all was resolved
Anyone thinking of becoming a member of Wolfbox i highly recommend them as you will no doubt be a highly satisfied customer

I purchased the Wolfbox G840s with the additional hardwired kit so that i could have 24/7 security, however this killed my battery and i reached out to Wolfbox for a bit of assistance, they were less than helpful with generic scripted replies basically suggesting I set it up incorrectly, I mean how can you go wrong by plugging it in to the obd2 port? I now have to purchase a battery charger and hope that the battery can recover, otherwise it’s a new battery. They also tried saying that my car was incompatible all information that was a little late as their website doesn’t state anything of the sort. Be warned that if this hardwired option depletes your battery they will not assist you and cease communication as they know this is an issue.

I've been using the WOLFBOX G850 Pro in my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan for a while now, and I'm really happy with it. I have bought many products from WolfBox and they have been of very good quality. I did have a small issue with one item but I think that the extreme heat may well have had something to do with the problem. However, one short email with a couple of photos and the Customer Sevice Team were onto it very quickly. Within four days of my issue I had a replacement part in my hand courtesy of the delivery man. So all in all,WolfBox provide great products and WolfBox have an equally great customer service team. Special shout out to Mark.
