My experience with WPS Word is pretty good. But the app still lags behind MS Word on some fronts. Typing (deleting or adding) characters lacks some user-friendly tricks that MS Word can take pride in.
Compatibility concerns
A lot of times, the editing done on an MS Word file when opened on WPS doesn't come right. Also the font's glitch. So, though a common font such as Arial is used, there have been instances where WPS has changed it to something weird, making it a task to select different slides and rearranging each along with the typefaces.

Disappointed with WPS Office
Disappointed with WPS Office, when creating a Spreadsheet or Word document the program will not let me save without creating another .et file. It reports this file is read only. WHY is this so difficult to navigate for the elderly. I much prefer the old Word & Spreadsheets Simple unlike todays complicated programs and apps.
