Many people experienced severe issues with customer support and found the overall software behavior intrusive and unacceptable. User-friendly app
the WPS office software is a freesofware with paid added functionality, it's extremely user friendly, very easy-to-navigate user interface and switching between different types of documents. Also the conversion functionality to different document types and vice versa is very nice.
It is very easy to use.
