what I have some concerns about the files with wps extensions are not functioning properly with dropbox cloud. or rather " Is this really the case or is there something I may be doing wrong myself..." in uploading wps files to dropbox ???

Should have word pronunciation with voice..i mean a bot who will help by reading the pdf with voice....like someone who want to hear the voice.. should be added this function

Great product offering full compatibilty

Great product offering full compatibility with Office 365. My only comments are integration with Google Drive could be better. Cannot reorder file/folders from default alphabetical and having to pay for both Windows and iOS subscriptions. Need a cross platform offering as well

Two problem, but ergonomic

Shortcut for screenshot dont work if i dont start assistant and clic on Parameter. Every windows restart are concern. For excel, in french mode, the cells méthod (SUM->SOMME, EQUIV->EQUALS ?) are translate in french, it's more difficult for resherch equivalent. Except this, wps are realy greatfull for dayli work.

Reliable program

Everything is done conveniently and thoughtfully. It works without obvious errors. However, in recent months the program began to hang when opening text documents and navigating through them.

It's the best Office suite

It's the best Office suite. It has excellent price, excelent capabilities, easy to use, compatible with microsoft office documents. I like also the PDF feautures. I am not giving 5 stars because only in document the grammar spelling is only working for the 1st language i proofed. I use Greek and English and every time i want to Check English Grammar i must remove greek language so english language be first and vice versa. At past days i didn't need to do this. But now even on new installation there is tha little problem

Generally a good app

Generally a good, usable app. I do like the ability to convert from one format to another; ie PDF to WPS and back. Much more user friendly app than Windows Office and also less costly.

I find it quite easy to use

I find it quite easy to use and like being able to export in different formats. I don't think there is much more you could do to it that would affect me as I am a silver surfer and do not use it to it's full capability.

I find it easier to search YouTube for instructions on how to use WPS office than using the WPS manual. It has good features, but it is sometimes not intuitive. People should be able to use WPS Office without having to read anything.

All good. The spell-check function has to be updated. Now it is unacceptable.

I've been using WPS Office for a while…

I've been using WPS Office for a few years now, mostly spreadsheets, but all the features are pretty good. OCR is useful, plus being able to edit PDFs.

WPS Office is a great alternative to…Microsoft Word

WPS Office is a great alternative to Word and essentially fills every need I have for a word processor. I have tried alternatives like Open Office or Libre. And WPS is superior in every way, honestly. It occasionally has janky moments with what seem like small bugs - these often, I think, coincide with updates and never last long. Overall, great software.

Your product is good

Your product is good. I have enjoyed using it for about four-five years now as a paid subscriber. However, your response time to a recent problem I had was way too long. More than a week which was a bit of a turn-off. I hope you make a serious effort to improve in this area.

Easy to use software

Easy to use software. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to open a document .docx file, at the same time as a PDF file, so I can browse them both simultaneously.

What is "Premium"? from this WPS company

Edit went from 4 Stars to 1 Star: I finally got the WPS Templates Premium added but here is the problem from inside the software they offered a student discount and the price was only $20 a yr but it kept telling me that I already had it. So I go to the site to purchase and they want $59 a yr and there's no student discount. So I bought a 1 month sub for $6 with a 7-day trial, which I've already removed the auto-renew. If this does not scream scam I don't know what does. It's sad that the software works great it's the company's greed that makes it terrible, will probably just stick to the free version and call it a day. I played with the software and it works, I found no errors until I tried to use a "Premium" graphic in the Presentation software. I bought the Premium for a year for $29 with a 7 day trial. Even though everywhere I checked said I had premium I was still unable to add the graphics without being asked to buy "Premuim" again at a totally different price. So this was on the Templates page so I thought it was a separate charge and tried to pay it. It gave me a discount for being a student but then when I tried to pay it told me that I already had a "Premium" subscription. The problem is that this site/company has too many different pricing pages for too many different options so you don't really know what you are getting for that one "Premium" sub. Now if all of what I came across is offered in the "Premium" subscription I would say that this is a great deal. I reached out on their Facebook page and sent a message to support but have yet to hear back.

WPS must constantly use Bots for Good Ratings

Should be able to level civil charges against WPS. At least, Apple/Google should block it off their App Stores! Unfortunately, the SECOND time I was hoodwinked by FAKE bot reviews citing how much WPS improved. Yes, I paid for a full-year twice over the past four years - NO - it is NOT improved - it is worse. There are so many flaws and errors written into this software - it does NOT accept MS Office documents without total wreckage of the documents/spreadsheets. WORSE - it took five (5) different keyboards - three on iMac and two on PC and disabled the space bar. No way to type ANYTHING as it defeats all spellchecks and grammar checks and totally corrupts previously-functional spreadsheets EVERY SINGLE TIME. No, reloading WPS does not fix the Space Bar deletion. NO - WPS cannot be described as anything more than a fraudulent 'Free Office Suite’ as it costs more time in troubles and repairs than $800 in my time. BLOCK any website that RECOMMENDS WPS as it is a total sham. WPS = Whoa Pure Stupidity!
