Terrible experience, do not trust this company! Ordered Wuffles for my senior dog and trusted their “90 day money back guarantee”. Unfortunately my dog will not eat the chews. She normally eats anything and everything, especially wrapped in roast beef. She spits these out every single time. I’ve tried crumbling them in to her food, mixing with peanut butter, every trick in the book. She will not get near them. As a matter of fact when i mixed in with her food (homemade chicken, rice and veggies that she gobbles up every day) she won’t even eat a bite of food. There’s something about these chews that she detests. I reached out to Wuffles via email explaining the situation and to request a refund and instead got back an automated response saying I need to keep feeding them to her for 90 days. I can’t do that if she won’t eat them! There’s no other way to reach “customer service” - I will file a complaint with BBB and will post negative reviews all over social media if I do not get an immediate response and refund.

My dog took only 2 and he had a bad reaction. Acting as if he couldn’t stand or walk. Acting very tired and no energy. Not eating. I immediately stopped giving them. He only had 2 and the side effects scared me 😔

The chews are great! My dog loves them and they really seem to help her. I wish that your delivery service was a little more consistent. I know you have little to no control once the product leaves your facility, but my little old lady relies on that delivery arriving before her last order runs out. As of right now, we are going on 4 days without.

Been seeing adverts for Wuffes for quite awhile but didn't really have a need. Today it was recommended for my Frenchie for his back, possibly IVDD. Only the best for Caesar! Just one flaw - there was no mention of the daily dose. Did I need to order 180? A mystery! That's my order experience. If there's a way to review once therapy begins, I'll be back. Just wanna help. This is the only chew my dog will eat without a fight and it does truly work for my dog. She is only 6 years old and was having a lot of trouble with her hips and right leg but she has been on this chew for a month and there is a big difference. She eats good now and she is putting weight on her back leg now She really is improving. This is a miracle. My dog was 69lbs boxer mix. She lost about 10 lbs and since is eating really good now and putting the weight back on. You can see the difference in her face she doesn't look in pain anymore.

I emailed the company that my dog will not eat the product. Every time I coax her to put one in her mouth, she spits it out. Also she has been diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer with only weeks left to live. I was told I could not get a refund until after trying the product for 90 days (even though I informed them I will return the unused products).

You were always prompt with your deliveries. Never ran out and my baby looked forward to her 'treat' every night. When we started she got 2...then it dropped to 1...she had a difficult time figuring that out. I would put it on her pillow like a "mint"...she enjoyed every one!!!!
