Cleveland pickup is a disaster because of google maps
Every part of the process was easy and straightforward except for the pickup. If i could rate just the pickup it would be one star, and that one star is only because the receptionist I eventually found was super nice. Long story short, the google maps listing for the cleveland location has not been updated and I spent nearly an hour trying to locate and then pickup my order.

Exactly what I ordered

Great product and customer service
I received my delivery date and needed it sooner. Customer service prioritized my problem and helped me make modifications in order to receive my order sooner. They were so diligent in finding a solution and my order got to me earlier than I expected. The quality of the product was incredible and we are very happy with our order.

The stickers arrived too late
The stickers arrived literally the day after I needed them. I went with this company because the name implies a quick turn around. I ordered them more than a week ahead of when I needed to have them. The issue wasn’t with shipping taking time because I could see that they didn’t leave the warehouse for 5 days… something slowed them down during the print. Super bummed. Stickers are nice but didn’t arrive in time.
