The problem is they use second rate courier and my banner, which was ordered two weeks in advance never made it to my house on time because it was stuck in delivery. I understand it wasn’t 48 hours full but the people they hire to deliver their packages is not reliable. I therefore had to cancel my order and pay almost double the price for a local print agency to print same day.

Product looked great. The pole pockets were on the wrong sides. Because of the orientation of the sign I ordered them so that they would be on top and bottom of the design but there was some confusion on that end. Service, delivery time etc, and everything else 5 stars!
