Our daughter ordered them the first time, and gave them to us when she moved to a high-wind area. Those first umbrellas lasted over 15 years. Made a mistake on my order, so called immediately (during their business hours), but received only a recording), so I requested a call back to modify or cancel and then replace my order. But as there was no reply during their customer service hours, I followed up by sending an email. Received a call the next day, and was told that the order could neither be corrected nor canceled, even though its status had not changed from pending. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Our new Abba Patio Vienna Cantilever Umbrella is made of good quality materials. Our order arrived in about 5 days. The umbrella is fairly easy to operate. It takes a little practice learning how to open, close and put it in the various positions. The build instructions are easy to understand. I suggest having a friend available to help you build your umbrella. My biggest challenge was filling the four base sections with sand (don't use only water, it leaks). The base set comes with a funnel for adding sand. The sand (50 lb. bags) was wet, which made it hard to pour. I dried the sand on my driveway. The dry sand was easier to pour into the base sections. When building, before mounting the Rotator piece, I suggest placing the first weighted base section in place under where you want the foot pedal of the rotator. I didn't and had to remove the entire post and umbrella to put the sand filled base into the cross bars. Then I had to re-attach the entire assembly. Also, build it exactly where you want to use it. Otherwise, it will be difficult to move once you have an approximately 200 lb. base filled with sand. My wife and I are enjoying Our new Abba Patio Cantilever Umbrella is a great addition to our back yard patio set.
We ordered a 4 swivel chair set with fire pit in May 2026. We received the set and one chair would not swivel. We contacted the company to tell them the problem. After 60 emails they said a replacement chair would be sent. Well yesterday the delivery men came and brought me a replacement fire pit NOT A CHAIR. Their customer service is pathetic. It also took 2 1/2 months for a manager to get involved a he screwed it up.

Have a fairly new ABBA canopy (13x13) purchased new in the past 6 months. Box never opened, when opened it was discovered that there was a manufacturer defect in the locking mechanism on one of the legs. ABBA refused to provide replacement part or to replace the item even though it was still well under the warranty period. Stay away from this company, does not stand behind there products. *** update *** ABBA Patio did decide to work with me and honor there warranty and provide replacement
I ordered these 7 yrs ago and they held up very well, I moved to AZ and with the move 2 were damaged but 6 others held up really well. These are a different material hope they hold up as well as the originals. Very happy with this product.
Your website said to measure for my patio umbrella and I did! It was clear about no returns. So I measured. But when the umbrella got here it has a completely different design. I’ve loved my ABBA furniture but you made this too difficult for me. The website lacked pictures and details so all I could do was measure. The umbrella replacement has weird plastic things that don’t connect to my umbrella holder. Would have been nice to see that detail on the website before I purchased it.

I just received two patio umbrella replacements I had ordered, and I must send them both back because both were 9 ft. wide versus the 7 1/2 ft. ones I paid for. Plus, they are both orange when I ordered one orange and one aqua blue. I’m disappointed.
