I did not receive the tickets for the city I live in yet it was tickets from another city even though it said they would be tickets here. This is unacceptable. I have not been able to speak with someone for a refund.

Ace has the best resale prices
Ace has the best resale prices and an easy to navigate web site. I consistently get better prices than StubHub. Tickets are always legitimate, which on a couple occasions has not been the case on StubHub.

My husband and I researched many of the other big name companies best known for ticket sales. After thought and consideration we purchased from Ace because they had the best price, it was the easiest transaction experience, there was a great visual aide for seating options and we received notification in moments that the transaction was completed successfully (no waiting for confirmation). These Celtics tickets are a Christmas present for our Uncle and Aunt and we cannot wait to present them. Thank you Ace for making ticket buying quick and easy.

When I haven't been able to get tickets elsewhere, I've bought tickets through Ace Ticket a few times and have never been disappointed. More expensive - maybe, but if you want to go to something, sometimes you have to pay. I'd rather pay a little more through Ace and get legit tickets than find out I bought bogus tickets someplace else and be out both tickets and money.
