Waiting for my bar codes
The process was easy and efficient. This was my first time buying tickets from ACE. The only thing I'm still concerned about is while I have my tickets viewable on MLB's AP, I don't have the barcodes visible yet. This is making me worried. It says they will be visible soon, but it's over a week. When will they? And if they don't become visible, how do I get into the game?

I would not use this company if you paid me. I bought tickets and my NBA game got cancelled for COVID. Years later I'm able to afford tickets to a pre season game because the prices have skyrocketed for nose bleed seats. I am now being told I am not being sent physical tickets and now have to open an account with Ticketmaster, A WHOLE OTHER COMPANY and I need to get digital tickets which I cannot print and I'm traveling with two disabled children four and half hours away . I don't need to book hotels and all this to find out something went wrong and I have no tickets.. they refuse to help in any way I did not agree to obtain anything from another company and no one will help me sort this out.

I had a problem ordering tickets for an Aug 11 game with Houston. I thought the system sent a message saying the tickets I ordered were No longer available. So a little while later I selected two more tickets for the same game. Next morning in my spam account their were two orders for tickets. was told to contact support by email which I did a week ago. NO REPLY Now I have ser of tickets valued at $376. that I dont need. No one is helping with issue to either issue a credit or help me sell the extra Tickets.
