Price was good but should know seat assignment

Price was good. Not knowing what seat your getting isn't really good. Especially when your going with kids.

I was confused about my getting my tix…

I was confused about my getting my tix to see Nine Inch Nails in August from Ace Ticket.I went to the store in Kenmore Sq.,and it was open but there was no one at the counter to answer my questions.I waited about 10mins and left.Very strange

I've always trusted ace...

always trust ace...even though I live in L.A...I still go to ace first...always treated me well...especially since you stopped all the fees crap...(like all the others)..should have done that years ago which I predicted would happen eventually..funny part is that we're still paying those fees but it's just not so glaring and obvious. DUH

I wish I’d actually RECEIVE the tickets when I ordered them. instead, it’s a promise that they’ll arrive sometime in the next four months, definitely within few days of the event

I love using Ace Tickets. And maybe there’s nothing I can do about this, but my only problem with the experience is that I don’t physically (even via email) get the tickets I purchased for a very long time. I only get a promise/message that they’ll arrive within a few days of your event. My event is in April - and I actually got them for someone else as a Christmas present. So it’s kind of weird telling them “merry christmas! I got you tickets for an April Bruins game. I don’t actually have the tickets yet, but I promise you, they’ll be coming - within a few days of the event…”

Great seats but expensive. Value was not top notch. Prices did come down at the end if we would have played the waiting game.
