I love the program
I love the program. Really cleans up my PC. Not so happy with the billing department. Had to cancel a credit card to stop unauthorized billings. Still waiting for resolution of the erroneous billings.

SCAM!!
SCAM!!! They charge you for services that you have never requested, no invoice, no confirmation of anything. Support number not working, chat takes you to a wrong site with no chat option. Charging various amounts even after cancelling. Had to cancel my CC to get rid of them. Luckily I could recover most of the amounts with my bank by filing a dispute claim but still 70 dollars short. They have been promising by email for 8 months now to refund me saying it’s with the billing department, but who would believe them after this? Best to avoid them.

I suspect ASR will let me add that 5th Star, soon!
The ASR app seems to work exactly as advertised. The user interface is logical, it provides simple explanations during use that a new user needs and access to detailed help if needed. The "System Details" lists "Windows 10 Enterprise" but Windows 11 Pro is actually installed. I do not yet understand, why? Perhaps because this PC was manufactured with Win 10 Pro installed and has been upgraded to Win 11 Pro. So far no new problems have risen and that is a giant plus! I suspect ASR will soon earn the 5th star in my world. I will reevaluate soon.
Keeps uninstalling
Keeps uninstalling. Have to constantly check program to see if it's still installed on my pc. Also downloading. With all the trackers and ads your program is not easy to access, even after purchase. See to it you finally brush up on this. I love your program but it's getting to be a hassle !

ASR works well at finding problems
ASR works well at finding problems and removing them. Occasionally it takes out something I wish it hadn't (usually a password) but that's minor.

ASR Billing issues
My only issue with ASR was the lack of transparency with their pricing. I subscribed in Mar 23 as an extra backup to NORTON and initially there was no problem i.e. malware checks, optimisation etc appeared to be working OK. Starting in Sep 23however I was then billed with another 7 payments, even twice a month in May & Jun 24. No help from their Support Line for an explanation. Finally a round-robin Email from a Dan Myers (Customer Care) in Jul 24 apologizing to all and promising a refund process. Too late for me, I'd cancelled their subscription and uninstalled the program. I will remain with NORTON. Moral of the story?...ensure you know exactly what you are being billed for.
