Refused to honor my full one year…
Refused to honor my full one year subscription by converting my membership to monthly billing 9 months in to my one year. Consistently has overbilled me some times twice in one month! try to call and the number and it Hangs up on you, tried the phone number listed on my CC statement and it goes to a voice mail message and tells you the mailbox is full! My advice check your billing statements.

Long term user of AdvancedSystemRepair
I have been using Advanced System REPAIR for YEARS. I am not an IT guy so I don't tend to use Windows built-in maintenance features. At least once a month I run ASRepair. Just this morning at boot my PC was not connecting to the Internet. I did what I could to check why not, but I finally decided it was time to run ASRepair. As it checked my system it reported that my system was faster than 58% of PC systems worldwide. Usually, I get 99%. (I run 64-bit Windows 10; 4 core CPU at 3.6 GHz; solid-state C:\ Drive; 1TB external HD for storage; 32 MB RAM. Not the latest state-of-the-art but VERY amble for my needs.) The ASR scan found 2 malware problems and (presumably) fixed. Afterward, I always double-check by running a MalwareBytes scan. I re-booted my system and I was CONNECTED to the I-Net, and my system was back at 99% speed.

I've been doing a bit of digging about ASR. You might be interested in reading up on Mr Cashier Myricks - the COE Principal & Customer Contact. This site won't allow me to post website addresses. Do a search on him - you'll find heaps to read.
They (or should I say Mr. Cashier Myricks) have been taken to court and fined millions. The scams has been going for years with apparantly noone able to bring him to account. I have been in touch with my bank and also your federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) but still ASR is getting away with it. Spread the word to everyone you know.

This company steels money
I signed up for a subscription with a monthly recurring payment of $19.95. When I reviewed my last bank statements I saw 4 payments to ASRSupport.com, within the last 30 days, totaling $257.94. There were multiple payments during the prior 3 months also. When I asked for a refund, they said to send a screenshot of my bank statement. Also they will only refund amounts they took within the last 30 days.
yup is a scam they yust steal 150 euros my last bil vas yestaday 69 euros so 1 caled my bank end they say is inposipble to stop rezevacion so i simble blok my card end isue nev one exsak same refund 5-10 days end they din cancel my supripsion they lied so i my self loket at email end canceled but it dont chenge eneting money lost

ASR steals money from unaware…
ASR steals money from unaware customers!!!
There is nothing this company can do to change the facts that they are thieves and steal your money without conscience. In a period from March 7 to July 8, this company charged me randomly $510.40 for services claimed to be $19.95 per month. Some charges are on the same day and some are within days of each other. ASR is not a ethical business. Anyone who has dealt with them and there are other TrustPilot reviews that share my experiences will tell you that this is a company to AVOID !!!!!!!

ASR Support - Biggest SCAM…
Probably one of the biggest SCAM companies in existence. I subscribed to ASR in March 2024. Downloaded the software, repaired what was needed and cancelled subscription immediately thereafter. In April and May I again had charges from ASR. I went onto their website, chatted to an agent and was assured that subscription was cancelled. I called my bank to check this as well. I was told by my bank that there are another 3 "tokens" from ASR awaiting to charge my account. I immediately cancelled my credit card, which is most inconvenient, in order for future debits by ASR not to be honoured. As of today, 6 July 2024, ASR have made approximately 28 attempts at "stealing" money from my account. These amounts range from $4.97 to $60. The next step is to report them for fraud. SCAM,,, SCAM,,, SCAM

Good product but lousy administrative practices
I purchased this product in April 2023 on a 1yr plan. I was immediately impressed with its abilities. I have had a number of problems with malware and hacking, so also bought 2 other cleaning programs and all 3 have kept the hackers at bay.
However, my problems with Advanced System Repair started when the subscription expired and I was not made aware of that by ASR, nor did I receive a renewal offer. Subsequently, sometime in May the program mysteriously disappeared from my PC and left no trace on the C: drive. O.K. I thought, I have the other 2 cleaners so I'll let it go. Everything was fine until last Friday 21st when a US$ 60 charge appeared on my Mastercard statement (and as I'm in Australia, a Foreign fee of $2.70), and I'm not the only one on here, I see.
Once I identified who ASRSUPPORT.COM was I went to their web site and tried to lodge a complaint, but to no avail, as the complaint section wouldn't open. After trying several more times, I was eventually transferred to www.livechatinc which seems to be a B to B company for complaints as it asked me to register with my URL (web site) to enable the chat app. I'm a private individual and don't have a web site, so back to square one! I am going to let my bank deal with the problem.
As we say in Aus., "NOT HAPPY JAN"
Really Great all in one tool which fixed all the issues with my pc

Beware - this software company will charge you a subscription charge of 29.98 for support that you have not asked for. And you can't cancel because when you do they still charge your credit card.
It's very suspicious. They charge a support subscription that I was unaware of but still continue to charge 29.98 on a regular basis. You cant stop them doing this unless you change your credit card. There are thousands of similar reviews on the Internet. Do not buy!
is good app, the networks is very speed, beatifull

I can't express how disappointing my…
I can't express how disappointing my experience with ASR Pro has been for $29.95 (billed quarterly) for several reasons.
This comment is based on my most recent interaction with their support system.
I've discovered multiple charges from ASR on my CC. When I would see them pop up on my statement I thought, quarterly charge. But then I saw another and another and another. For example, in just the last few months, I was charged $29.97 on June 16, $60 on May 23rd, $19.97 on May 2nd, and $19.97 on April 5. First, I called the phone number that was reported to the CC company along with each charge, 310-595-4326, but there is no message that identifies that I am calling ASR. The caller ID says PC Cleaner, but it sounds like someone's outgoing personal voicemail message.
So, I called their billing phone number, 1-877-277-8818; it was not working. Really?? A support phone number that doesn't work? You have one job with one phone number. So, I opened a chat because the website says I can chat with billing, but the support person couldn't reach anyone. I explained my concerns about fraudulent charges but the best she can do is to tell me they'll email me a billing statement in 24 - 48 hours. To me, that's not a prompt response to my concerns, and the support chat person has no other options to help me. She has no other recourse but to send them a message - and notify someone that the phone number isn't working.
Now, regarding the software itself. (I suppose I should lodge two complaints, but I'm busy.) Every time it cleans, it removes all of my file system shortcuts. I have chatted with support 5 or 6 times about this same problem. Each time, they suggest turning this or that option on or off, so I dutifully perform each option one at a time (scientific method, you know), up to and including removing and re-installing the software, but the problem persists. It is not the end of the world, but it is inconvenient to reset all of my shortcuts every time ASR Pro runs, which I have set automatically to protect my computer twice weekly.
Between the glitchy software itself and their poor customer service and technical support, I think I will find other software and cancel this subscription.
