Although the process of submitting a claim for an incorrect listing (a fitness center was indicated as an amenity of the hotel, but there was no fitness center when I checked in.) was lengthy and slightly cumbersome, Agoda ultimately did the right thing and gave me a travel credit to compensate me for the erroneous listing.

Competitive Prices
Prices are good compared to similar travel booking sites. The deal information is clear and so is the room information. A few things that could be improved: I would like to see the local currency price as well. When checking in, these are the prices the booking clerk will refer to. Also, not comfortable storing my card details. I know there is an option not to store but default option is to store.

Nr.1 for Asian Market. Often better prices than direct contact with the hotel. But one star less for tricking sometimes Platinum members with hundreds of bookings and for longer waiting times when an issue occurs with a booking and you open a ticket on their chat.
Easy enough to book
Easy enough to book. When we reached the hotel they could not find a record of our booking. i had plenty of emails and printouts which they accepted readily and put us up in the only available accommodation (the Presidential Suite!) for the first night. The next morning they had found our booking and transferred us there unfortunately!
