Without doubt the worst company to deal with, if you can get anyone to deal with you.
Failed delivery time, lied to by 3 people on the chat who assured me it would be with me that day, then lied to by another person who told me they marked it as urgent. Another lie.
Still not delivered and requested refund and now I have to wait until some useless person delivers it and I need to return it before refund.
Last time using Amazon.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; I have been a loyal customer of Amazon for many years. This week I was told my order was CANCELED, then, My account was CLOSED! All of this caused me great concern. Let me explain,,,, On July 2nd 2026 (on my 76th birthday) my account was Hacked from that date to July the 29th 2026 I went through pure hell getting this taken care of by your people there at Amazon. My old account I spoke with so many service reps there at Amazon & was sent countless emails (that I still have) by their Account Specialist Department as they worked trying to get this situation taken care of. It was finally suggested to me that my old gmail (named above) be closed, by one of THEIR team members and to open up a NEW Gmail account for Amazon use only, which my daughter and I did. My new account is the one that I am on now. I have been afraid to even use this account but I finally did by ordering two of the k-pods for my Keurig machine, which was delivered just a few days ago. I decided to order skin care products, after ordering, I checked into my new Gmail account and it stated that the order was CANCELED because I had too many returns or something of that nature. I did not understand that!! I called right away & was told by the rep to respond to the email because there was nothing he could do. This is totally mind blowing!! I had not returned anything! because this was only the second order I have made on this now here starting in August. I wanted this matter is addressed but have been completely ignored. I DID EVERYTHING that Amazon has suggested that I do, I have done NOTHING WRONG AGAINST THE COMPANY, I have followed all their directions & suggestions to the letter. And I would appreciate it if AMAZON would consider restoring my shopping privileges, and direct this harsh action to the person or persons who caused this chaos to fall on me and my account status.

DISGUSTING
Contacted Amazon today as they sent damaged medical products out, and due to the damaged packaging etc, one thing was also missing, making the item unusable.
Was perfectly polite and patient, despite the advisor clearly being very infuriating & not seeming to understand my issue, even when I submitted photos.
Was told I’d get a full refund, then I receive an email saying someone will review it and possibly process a refund? What? Moronic.
I then also got another email saying I’ve violated their terms or some nonsense, and says I’ve been racist and discriminatory or something towards the advisor? What?! Never said anything wrong at all. Disgusting muppets.
Need closing down. Just do whatever they fancy and get away with it. Will be calling tomorrow if I don’t have a) a written email response b) an apology and c) compensation.
Will happily take this further; it’s slander.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The delivery drivers leaving parcels in random places. Today my parcel was left by the door 23 but this was not my door. Last time they marked the parcel as delivered a d handed to a resident but it actually arrived 2 days later. Rubbish customer service as well. They can do nothing. Useless. They have too much market share and they do what they want. Time to cut the ties I think.

I’ve finally discovered what the 💩 emoji was created for
A 💩 item failed in less than a month and injured my pet. I followed the returns procedure, took a day off unpaid and nobody turned up. I used live chat at 18:00 and was told someone would be here at 20:30. What a load of 💩
21:00 I was told that that advisor had lied and their collection times cut off at 20:00. When I pointed out their t&cs state 08:00 - 19:00 they went quiet again… 💩 …
What are the odds of getting 2 liars in a row…..Amazon you used to be good. Now you’re not even good enough to be called 💩

Changes prices on item you put in your cart
I’ve noticed this happen before,I put an item usually a cd or record in my cart and keep looking for more when I go to check out the price of the item has gone up and I caught them red handed this time with screen caps,a cd listed as about $12 was put into my cart and within 10 or so minutes the price went to to 19-20

Don't buy refurbished computers
The refurbishers they work with for laptops are sketchy. I purchased several Dell computers from them over the years, and the past two purchases were broken upon receipt. They wouldn't work without shutting down repeatedly. Amazon is just as responsible for this as the refurbishing company. The only reason they got two stars from me is the ease of the return.
Amazon have a bad service very difficult to get in touch with costumer service and at the end is wasting time I pay for an item for same day delivery items never arrived when it supposed to arrive and the next day I called customer service they said they can refund my money Amazon don’t gave a f..k about costumer in from now on I’ll no purchase anything from Amazon ever again

When you purchase with a time limit and it states next day delivery it is misleading as 4 purchases that were meant to be delivered next day took 3 days to be delivered and thats with a prime membership the most recent one was a couple of days ago amazon attitude towards it is oh well wait until it gets delivered which is unacceptable and totally disgraceful.

As always with Amazon its rubbish
As always with Amazon its rubbish, sick and tired of paying for Prime and then having to pay extra for most of the shows under the prime banner, and some boring excuses they don't own the rights and others charge, then don't show it under prime, plus i can never log in as it states sending OTP code which never arrives so you cannot log in, what a joke, the whole point i set up user names and passwords is to log in, getting sick and tired of these websites keep sending bloody codes

Warning Amazon are now using the despicable courier company Evri .This year so far 10 items that have been sent via Evri have been days late utterly destroyed or stolen .Amazon used to use smartly uniformed and clean well presented vehicles. Now we get dishevelled scruffy drivers with rusty dirty vehicles. Iam cancelling my Amazon account. Stooping so low as to use Evri for deliveries is a step too far .Absolute disgrace and embarrassing having thugs turning up at my ront door with destroyed packages

I used to think Sky had the worst…
I used to think Sky had the worst customer service, but Amazon are in a league of its own.
It's now been a week since I have been unable to access my UK account because Amazon US locked my account as it had been hacked. Because of this, my UK account has been locked. Imagine someone lifting your cc details from Amazon, using it to buy stuff, and then you have to spend days trying to get your account unlocked. Trying to call their US number is impossible. 4 days with me trying, on average, around 4 hours a day, and it is constantly engaged. You think you can email them? Nope. Phone them? Nope. I have messaged Amazon US on FB and, after 4 days, am still waiting for a response. I also messaged Amazon UK on FB and all they do, being the morons they are, is to tell me to sign into my account and resolve the issue. Er, the point of my messages is that I can't log into my account. These people are paid salaries. Uk states they cannot resolve US issues and US don't respond. Due to the hack and fraud, my bank has cancelled my cc card, which is tied to my account. I have Prime and Music subscriptions and spend thousands a year buying for 3 families. Amazon, clearly, couldn't care less. The only route left to me now is to get the ombudsman and Trading Standards involved. How a company can have no email, phone, or any form of customer service contact is beyond belief. Their boring mantra is: 'log into your account'. Er, yeah good idea.
I don't understand the reviews here. We use Amazon Prime and use it for nearly all our non grocery deliveries.
Work perfectly every time.

Fast Delivery is gone. $140 a year Prime is a joke.
Up until two months ago, Amazon was actually pretty good. A few deliveries were late, but no biggie as they were few. BUT now that Amazon has gone with "flexible window deliveries," the two-day delivery has gone out the window. Now I wait a week or more for orders. This is what having "Prime" for $140 a year has become. Not anymore. I've used Walmart.com twice now, and they offer next-day or two day delivery on most products. Very impressive. I don't care about their Prime TV or Amazon Music. I was paying for quick delivery, and now they're not fulfilling their agreement.
I am disabled and home-bound, so I order almost everything from Amazon, and I don't know what I would do without them. Most aspects of Amazon's business model are a "5 star" in my book, EXCEPT for the customer service, which is barely a "1 star" when it comes to anything but the simplest cases. This is because the agents are from other countries, with only a rudimentary understanding of the English language and it is extremely difficult to get my point across. I am assuming that Amazon saves a lot of money by using agents in other countries, and it makes sense to do that when it comes to simple problems, but it is extremely frustrating to have a complex computer issue with their website and there is no one to speak to who can handle it. Currently, I am having two issues that are OBVIOUSLY the result of a computer glitch but the last agent with whom I spoke was extremely condescending to me and I got the impression that he is very prejudiced toward women because, first of all, he MOCKED ME and disparaged me. He also REFUSED to acknowledge the actual issue I was reporting. He and another agent were claiming that I was reporting some sort of FRAUD on my account, and despite my INSISTING that it is not fraud, but rather it is a computer glitch, he MOCKED ME for presuming to claim that it is a computer glitch, as if it was impossible for something like that to happen. I am particularly upset today because I have a debit card for my art business account and a debit card for my personal purchases, and it is important that those two accounts not be mixed up - but their computer IS mixing them up and has charged personal grocery charges to my art account charges. Instead of being helpful, these guys are telling me that my "default" card is the business card, which it most definitely is NOT. It is a brand new card and, although their system keeps trying to get me to change my default to the art business account, I REFUSE TO DO SO. Their system keeps asking me to change my default card and I refuse to do that. The other issue is with my default wish list. Their system keeps changing my default wish list. I use the wish lists QUITE A BIT, as this is the way I keep track of future purchases. I must have 20 wish lists, and at least 5 times now I have discovered that their system has changed my wish list to some obscure list I have not used in several years. I keep changing it back to my preferred wish list, but their computer keeps changing it back to that obscure list! I am REALLY SICK of being talked down to, as if I am somebody's lackey in some country where women do not dare to disagree with men or they will be thrown in jail. This is the downside of Amazon using only foreign people for their customer service reps. As I said, however, the simple problems are handled quite well by most of the agents and I have no problems with them, but I just feel like SCREAMING today when I ask to speak to someone about these computer glitches and they tell me that someone will contact me by email instead. No one is ALLOWED to speak to anyone in the "back office" and I do not feel confident that these customer service people are relaying the proper information to the back office. It is SO VERY FRUSTRATING.
