Order process eventually ended up being a pretty positive experience. I had to ask the chatbot how to complete the order for a ‘frame only’. It was not intuitive that I was inputting my desired frame size at step #1 and not the art size as the step/question was phrased. Mr Chatbot set me straight and I eventually got the order completed.

Your website is very easy to navigate and very detailed. Your framing products are superior and I have ordered from you numerous times over the years. My only comment is that I think your shipping fees are exorbitant, especially for ordering a single frame that is not assembled.
