Great selection of choices and I really liked being able to see the frames with my artwork. A few glitches that may be because of the browser (Firefox) I was using: searching by style name or number didn’t work nor did the option to compare frames.

It's a very nice frame, but the holes for screws were too small and didn't center on the canvas stretchers. I ended up having to nail the canvas onto the frame and, as a result, the picture is a little crooked in the frame.

Display photos are great and prompt pages are clear and helpful. Certain mat colors did not generate, we assumed they were not available (that wasn't clear). Really like the option to save and try other frames out too. Thank you for these services.

This company offers exceptional, knowledgeable customer service. I had double matted artwork and the pair both had one spot on one side of the edge of the mat that was dented from the side toward the center. I was concerned about the frames adequately covering these flaws. I spoke with Miko and subsequently with Christine, both of whom were able to provide the additional information I needed. I then worked with Julie to cancel my order (so that I could place a new, revised order). Every single representative was kind, patient, and quite knowledgeable and provided all of the information that I needed to confidently reach a frame decision (Christine even pulled the frame from the display and personally made specific measurements). I can't wait to receive my frames.

On your older website it was easier to see the art uploaded in the frame. The thumbnails now are so small and poor quality that it’s difficult to see how it looks.
