Service and goods have always been top notch!
I've ordered from American Frame quite a bit. I have found them to have the most realistic prices on a variety of framing items, from hanging supplies to glazing material - and of course the frame itself.
While I do most of my own printing, I've ordered prints as well, and always been pleased with the quality of goods as well as the service.

Great Service!
I've bought from American Frame a few times now and it's always been a good experience. They have quickly become my go-to for framing needs. Quick to process and ship, and they are close so my packages get here pretty quick. In the past, I've only bought UV acrylic for my frames, but this last purchase was for a custom frame. It was such an easy experience - pick out your style/material/color, enter dimensions of your art, and pay. Considering the odd dimensions of the piece I need to frame, I would say it was a good deal. I still have to wait for the product to come in, but I have complete faith in this company.
One weird thing to note: I found a frame that was on sale but because of it being on sale, it no longer qualified for free shipping. With shipping, I would've paid more in the end for the item than if it weren't on sale. Not a huge deal, as I just picked a different frame not on sale for the better deal, but it does defeat the purpose of a sale. I would suggest maybe having the free shipping offer be decided by the regular price of the item to avoid this.

I walked in without an appointment and was able to work with the showroom attendant, Christine. I had a sample of what I needed (frames to match others that we already had) and she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The consultation only took a short time. She found the frame profile that matched what we had, walked me through the options and provided me pricing and timing. It was a great experience.

Our shipping costs are based on the destination it is going to as well as the size and weight of the shipping box. Carriers use dimensional weight shipping when they calculate the cost to ship a package. This means that in addition to the weight of the item, the size of the box affects the cost as well.

The custom frame components we ordered came exactly as advertised and we've framed our print happily. Everything fit together well and the website was easy to use.
My only issues were with the mailing/delivery service. First, I thought it was too expensive compared to other online sites I order from. More importantly, UPS put the box in front of our garage rather than on our porch. We discovered the box when we backed our car out and almost crushed it. We only dented the box having stopped when hitting it and fortunately it was packed well. How stupid to deliver stuff outside a garage door when people normally get in their car and back out.
